Ma sicuramente quello che mi colpisce ogni volta è la grande conoscenza tecnica della materia e dei materiali, unita alla capacità di stabilire un rapporto di empatia con il cliente e a comprenderne le reali necessità. Mi piace definirli artigiani-progettisti, il cuore delle imprese Romagnole. I have known Bisacchi 1973 for several years and in this period I was able to observe their working method, extremely accurate and attentive to details, with great professionalism. But surely what strikes me every time is the great technical knowledge of matter and materials, combined with the ability to establish a relationship of empathy with the customer and to understand their real needs. Già al primo approccio in sala mostra si nota la competenza del personale e (nel mio caso) da persona non esperta del settore si può notare la qualità del prodotto trattato rispetto ad altri visti in altre aziende. Le tempistiche di consegna sono state rispettate , vi è stata assistenza da parte dei loro tecnici in cantiere nelle fasi preliminari alla posa degli infissi e la posa è stata molto curata e meticolosa (la precisione e pulizia dei posatori è stata maniacale). Il risultato finito è stato molto buono e in tanti ci hanno fatto i complimenti per la bellezza delle finestre. Consiglio vivamente l'azienda Bisacchi a tutti coloro che sono alla ricerca di un prodotto ed un risultato di qualità. Already at the first approach in the showroom you can see the competence of the staff and (in my case) as a person who is not an expert in the sector you can see the quality of the product treated compared to others seen in other companies. The delivery times were respected, there was assistance from their technicians on site in the preliminary phases to the installation of the fixtures and the installation was very accurate and meticulous (the precision and cleanliness of the installers was maniacal). The finished result was very good and many complimented us on the beauty of the windows. I highly recommend the Bisacchi company to all those who are looking for a quality product and result.

Trovo William e i suoi video dove mi faccio finalmente un idea precisa sul tipo di infisso che volevo. William ti indirizza sul tipo di infisso migliore per la casa, elencando pregi e difetti senza cercare di venderti elementi inutili e costosi ma solo quello che serve per quel preciso contesto. A scelta fatta ,nel corso dei mesi la comunicazione e i tempi sono stati pienamente rispettati e i piccoli problemi emersi durante la ristrutturazione tempestivamente risolti dallo staff. Gli infissi sono eccezionali, solidi ma allo stesso tempo minimali ed eleganti. Consiglio William e il suo staff a chiunque voglia il top per la propria casa! Mi diede subito impressione di persona assai preparata, così decidemmo di dargli fiducia, considerando che abitiamo in zona. E non ci siamo pentiti, anche se il prezzo è stato più alto. Lavoro impeccabile, infissi oltre che bellissimi, di grande tenuta termica, è rimasto meravigliato anche il nostro geom, che non conosceva questa azienda. Anche le porte interne acquistate da loro, meravigliose. Menzione speciale ai montatori, oltre a esecuzione senza sbavature, nessuna traccia di adesivi silicone rifiuti vari in giro. Ordinati e puliti. Chi è alla ricerca del meglio si affidi pure a questo team. Sul podio al primo posto. A quel primo incontro ne sono seguiti altri per guidarci passo dopo passo nella scelta di quelli che oggi sono “i nostri infissi”. In ogni nuovo incontro sempre più emergeva la passione di William per il suo lavoro, la precisione e la meticolosità nell’analizzare anche il minimo dettaglio. La sorpresa più grande è stata nel vedere nei sopralluoghi e negli interventi in cantiere come questi “valori” siano stati da lui trasferiti a tutti i suoi collaboratori. Dal geometra Stefano a Filippo e Ivano che si sono prodigati nelle operazioni di posa di infissi e porte di ingresso. In tutto ciò William si è rivelato un vero e proprio “direttore d’orchestra”, perfetto e meticoloso, in grado di trasferire a tutti i suoi “musicisti” le competenze e i valori che lo animano e lo distinguono da un semplice serramentista.
