La sala mostra è immensa con diverse tipologie e soluzioni su misura.
Inoltre nella fornitura mi è arrivato un vetro macchiato dentro e me l'hanno sostituito in garanzia.

The showroom is immense with different types and customized solutions.

Peccato per il Post Vendita: Mi si è rotto un gancio e sono stato invitato a ritirarlo presso i loro magazzini, con mio stupore mi sono stati chiesti 10 € (Acquistato infissi per 8500 €). Come perdere credibilità per così poco..... (Il gancio incide 1,25% sulla fattura). Spero che qualcuno dell'azienda possa trarre spunti di miglioramento a queste figuracce che generano i dipendenti dello Showroom di Calisese. Cordialmente

Too bad for the after-sales service: I broke a hook and was invited to pick it up at their stores, to my surprise I was asked for € 10 (purchased fixtures for € 8500). How to lose credibility for so little ..... (The hook affects 1.25% on the invoice). I hope that some of the company will be able to draw ideas for improvement from these fools who generate the employees of the Calisese Showroom. with regard

Devo riconoscere un'ottima qualità dei prodotti e una installazione impeccabile.
Un altro punto a favore è sicuramente la disponibilità e preparazione dei ragazzi della vendita e dei rilievi in cantiere, che mi hanno seguito a passo con i lavori e che mi hanno permesso di trovare la miglior soluzione possibile, considerando che si trattava di una ristrutturazione di un abitazione degli anni 70 e dunque non facilissima.

I must recognize an excellent quality of products and an impeccable installation.
Another positive point is certainly the availability and preparation of the guys from the sale and the site surveys, who followed me in step with the works and which allowed me to find the best possible solution, considering that it was a restructuring of a house from the 70s and therefore not very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una visita in questo show room attrezzatissimo ti fa capire già con quali materiali e quali tecnologie possono lavorare.
E poi tutte le fasi veramente fluide e rassicuranti: dal commerciale alla posa, dal rilievo misure alla consegna in cantiere e fino al servizio post-installazione mi sono sempre sentito in mani esperte (ho acquistato gli infissi FINSTRAL + tutte le porte di casa + tende e tapparelle avvolgibili esterne).
A visit to this well-equipped showroom already makes you understand what materials and technologies they can work with.
And then all the truly fluid and reassuring phases: from the commercial to the installation, from the measurement survey to the delivery to the construction site and up to the post-installation service, I have always felt in expert hands (I bought FINSTRAL fixtures + all the doors of the house + curtains and external roller shutters).
