★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broker estremamente scorretto e fraudolento
Il broker in questione per alcuni anni e’ stato corretto ma negli ultimi tre anni e’ diventato pessimo. Dopo che ero cliente da diversi anni ha modificato la richiesta di margini per posizioni gia’ aperte nonostante sentenza contraria per irretroattivita’ dell’Arbitro delle controversie finanziarie della Consob. Ha inoltre richiesto un tasso di mantenimento su posizioni sul petrolio West Texas gia’ aperte da un tasso del 15% ad un tasso del 225% dall’oggi al domani (commettendo il reato di Usura bancaria per il quale e’ stato segnalato alle autorita’ finanziarie e penali). In ultima istanza visto il mio coraggio di denunciare tutto e far valere i miei diritti ha provveduto a bloccare le mie posizioni e chiudere il mio conto trading creandomi gravi danni finanziari. La sua posizione e’ al vaglio delle autorita’ di vigilanza della Borsa e delle autorita’ penali. Cambia continuamente le condizioni di spread ed i costi di mantenimento delle posizioni a suo vantaggio e piacimento e senza preavviso. Il personale del call center cambia sempre ed e’ sinonimo dei numerosi problemi interni alla societa’. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Un broker truffatore e scorretto che presto verra’ sanzionato. Statene lontani e salvate i vostri denari.
 Extremely incorrect and fraudulent broker
The broker in question has been corrected for some years but in the last three years it has become bad. After I had been a client for several years, he modified the margin request for positions already open despite the contrary ruling due to the non-retroactivity of the Arbitrator of financial disputes of Consob. He also requested a maintenance rate on positions on West Texas oil already open from a rate of 15% to a rate of 225% overnight (committing the crime of banking usury for which he was reported to the authorities financial and criminal). Ultimately, given my courage to denounce everything and assert my rights, he proceeded to block my positions and close my trading account, creating serious financial damage. His position is being examined by the supervisory authorities of the Stock Exchange and the criminal authorities. It constantly changes the spread conditions and the costs of maintaining positions to your advantage and to your liking and without notice. The call center staff is always changing and is synonymous with the many internal problems of the company. I don't recommend it to anyone. A fraudulent and unfair broker who will soon be sanctioned. Stay away and save your money.
