A partire dal responsabile (presumo sia il signor in camicia) Proprio per il motivo che mi sono presentato al negozio in tuta, e appena sono entrato mi hanno squadrato subito tutti quanti dalla testa ai piedi. Lavorando anch’io a stretto contatto con le persone reputo questo comportamento alquanto infantile e retrogrado. Da cliente mi sono sentito molto a disagio
I've just been to this perfume shop, And I have to say the staff are very rude. Starting with the person in charge (I assume it is Mr. in shirt) Precisely for the reason that I showed up at the shop in overalls, and as soon as I entered they immediately looked me up and down from head to toe. Working closely with people too, I consider this behavior to be somewhat childish and retrograde. As a customer, I felt very uncomfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni da cliente della profumeria ho deciso di provare il nuovo istituto di bellezza. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla competenza e dalla disponibilità del personale. Ho fatto un trattamento tonificante per il corpo e sono stata coccolata con una tisana subito dopo. Tornerò sicuramente per i trattamenti pre sole in vista dell’estate!
After years as a perfumery client, I decided to try the new beauty institute. I was pleasantly surprised by the competence and availability of the staff. I had a toning treatment for the body and was pampered with an herbal tea immediately afterwards. I will definitely be back for the pre-sun treatments in view of the summer!

Cinzia, Denise ed Anna sono bravissime, molto preparate e professionali, oltre ad essere squisitamente gentili.
Ora frequento il centro beauty loft con mia figlia (che ha 18 anni) ed è davvero un toccasana perché riuscire a coccolarci e a farci rilassare insieme è un regalo ogni volta.
Lo consiglio, oltre che a tutte le donne, a tutte le mamme.

Cinzia, Denise and Anna are very good, very prepared and professional, as well as being exquisitely kind.
Now I go to the beauty loft center with my daughter (who is 18) and it is truly a cure-all because being able to pamper and relax together is a gift every time.
I recommend it, as well as to all women, to all mothers.

I was today for the first time at the Grazioli Beauty Loft for a massage that was given to me.
It is an elegant and relaxing corner of Milan that makes it different from any beauty center, the atmosphere is almost that of a spa!
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a regenerating and quality experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento da ormai diversi mesi il centro estetico Beauty Loft e lo sto consigliando vivamente a tutte le mie amiche.
Il centro è di nuovissima realizzazione ed il taglio è decisamente quello di un negozio di classe: molto profumato, con ampi spazi e arredato con gusto.
I macchinari sono eccezionali, così come tutti i prodotti utilizzati.
La sapienza delle mani di Cinzia e Denise (oltre che la loro gentilezza) è tuttavia il vero valore aggiunto di questo centro estetico, che lo rende una vera chicca in città.
I have been attending the Beauty Loft beauty center for several months now and I am strongly recommending it to all my friends.
The center is newly built and the cut is definitely that of a classy shop: very fragrant, with large spaces and tastefully furnished.
The machinery is exceptional, as are all the products used.
The wisdom of Cinzia and Denise's hands (as well as their kindness) is however the real added value of this beauty center, which makes it a real gem in the city.
