Ho trovato molta professionalità, preparazione, empatia, disponibilità all'aiuto telefonico,anche in orari al di fuori della chiusura, nel personale che segue questa struttura. Ringrazio di cuore Valeria che si è subita tutta la mia ansia alla prima crisi ipoglicemica del mio cane che ho dovuto affrontare. I have had a diabetic Labrador a few weeks ago. At the suggestion of a client of mine, I found this clinic and started following Roger with them. I found a lot of professionalism, preparation, empathy, willingness to telephone help, even in times outside of closing, in the staff who follow this structure. I sincerely thank Valeria who suffered all my anxiety at the first hypoglycemic crisis of my dog that I had to face.

Per fare un esempio: siamo andati per fare il richiamo del vaccino annuale e Valeria oltre a quello ha fatto un controllo completo per assicurarsi che fossero in salute, che non avessero problematiche particolari e che orecchie, occhi, stomaco, bocca, tartufo, zampe ecc ecc funzionassero a dovere, anche se giovani. Nella clinica in cui andavamo in precedenza veniva svolto solo un controllo approssimativo. Sono tutte davvero gentili, competenti, pronte all'ascolto, mai supponenti e sempre attente in primis alla salute dei pazienti. The best vets there is.
