Purtroppo i cuccioli tendono ad assaggiare di tutto quando si va in giro e appena tornati a casa ci siamo subito accorti che qualcosa non andava perché deambulava male e perdeva saliva. Abbiamo chiamato alle 21.30 e ci hanno supportato immediatamente, prima telefonicamente e poi direttamente in clinica tenendola ricoverata per tutta la notte e il giorno seguente. Ho apprezzato l'approccio proattivo della dottoressa nei confronti del mio cane, non si è limitata a valutare le mie richieste ma ha portato alla mia attenzione altri fattori attinenti la sua salute e mi ha proposto vari modi per affrontare ogni problema. Siamo a un altro livello rispetto al vecchio concetto di "veterinario". Highly professional clinic, well organized, welcoming and well maintained. The medical staff is really competent and prepared. I appreciated the doctor's proactive approach to my dog, she didn't just evaluate my requests but brought to my attention other factors related to her health and offered me various ways to deal with every problem.
