Dopo ben due appuntamenti per visionare un immobile e quindi due giorni di ferie presi da me e il mio compagno ci é stato comunicato che si era dimenticato di dirci che la proprietà non accettava l'acquisto se effettuato con un mutuo ma solo in contanti, al nostro stupore (visto che più volte avevamo già parlato della questione mutuo e non ci era mai stato accennato nulla) ci é stato detto che avrebbe parlato con la proprietà e ci avrebbe fatto sapere. Veniamo ricontattati per dirci che va bene anche se acquistiamo con un mutuo ma solo in una banca specifica e solo con un consulente di loro conoscenza. Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgervi a questa agenzia. Really bad. After two appointments to view a property and therefore two days of vacation taken by me and my partner we were informed that he had forgotten to tell us that the property would not accept the purchase if made with a mortgage but only in cash, at to our amazement (since we had already talked about the mortgage issue several times and nothing had ever been mentioned) we were told that he would speak with the property and let us know. We are contacted to tell us that it is okay even if we buy with a mortgage but only in a specific bank and only with a consultant they know. I strongly advise against contacting this agency.
