Preparazione e serietà contraddistingue entrambi i medici che si sono presi cura sempre dei miei cani in qualunque aspetto dal vaccino, alle diagnosi di dermatiti ed a vari interventi come cesarei ed interventi di ortopedia. As usual great treat for my dogs in the clinic of which are customers for almost ten years. Preparation and reliability distinguish both doctors who have always taken care of my dogs in every aspect from the vaccine, to the diagnosis of dermatitis and to various interventions such as caesarean and orthopedic operations.

S	Salvatore Puglisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so ancora cosa sia successo al mio fedele amico, so solo che dopo averlo lasciato al mattino in clinica per un intervento di asportazione calcoli, mi chiamano alle 12.49 dicendomi che l'intervento è andato bene e di andare a riprenderlo nel pomeriggio alle 4. Alle 16 in punto, mentre sono per strada, mi richiamano dicendo che il cane non ha superato un collasso. Arrivo in clinica alle 4.45 e trovo il mio cane amato gelidissimo. Proprio oggi le temperature sono state alte, quasi primaverili, dentro ci sono i riscaldamenti, quindi la domanda vien da sé : È morto veramente poco prima di arrivare io? Oppure era morto già da qualche ora, magari durante l'intervento? Potevano avvisare prima? Potevano inviare delle foto quando il cane si è svegliato? Hanno fatto o potevano fare di più? È vero che il cane era anziano(ma non così tanto), è vero che ci avevano informato che ci potevano essere delle complicanze, è vero che il cane non ritorna in vita, ma è anche vero che lì non metterò più piede.! E hanno pure la faccia tosta di chiedere il loro compenso! Certo hanno fatto uno sconticino!!!! Che giorno di..... Cercherò di fare chiarezza, questo è sicuro. I still don't know what happened to my faithful friend, I just know that after leaving him in the clinic in the morning for a stone removal surgery, they call me at 12.49, telling me that the surgery went well and to pick him up in the afternoon at 4. At 4 o'clock, while I am on the street, they call me back saying that the dog has not passed a collapse. I arrive at the clinic at 4.45 am and find my beloved dog very cold. Just today the temperatures were high, almost spring, inside there are heaters, so the question comes by itself: Did he really die shortly before I arrived? Or had he been dead for a few hours, perhaps during the surgery? Could they warn earlier? Could they send photos when the dog woke up? Did they or could they do more? It is true that the dog was old (but not that much), it is true that we had been informed that there could be complications, it is true that the dog does not come back to life, but it is also true that I will never set foot there again. And they even have the nerve to ask for their compensation! Sure they made a discount !!!! What a day of ..... I'll try to clarify, that's for sure.

La nostra cagnolina di 11 anni durante le feste Natalizie si è improvvisamente sentita male per una problematica legata all’età e, nonostante il periodo festivo e fosse giorno di chiusura della Clinica, ci hanno ricevuti immediatamente per la visita. Dopo la visita ci hanno informato della gravità della problematica e che si rendeva necessario operare immediatamente rendendoci edotti di tutto il processo operatorio, durato poi oltre due ore. Adesso, grazie a loro, la nostra cagnolina sta benissimo, gli hanno salvato la vita. GRAZIE. Competent, friendly and very professional doctors, we had a really good time! During the Christmas holidays, our 11-year-old dog suddenly felt ill due to an age-related problem and, despite the holiday period and the closing day of the Clinic, they immediately received us for the visit. After the visit, they informed us of the seriousness of the problem and that it was necessary to operate immediately, making us aware of the entire surgical process, which then lasted over two hours. Now, thanks to them, our dog is fine, they saved his life. THANKS.
