F	Faby Made on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diverse volte sono andata x urgenze mai risolte... l'ultima x farmi prescrivere un antidolorifico x alleviare dolore che aveva il mio cane con evidente atteggiamento cifotico e quindi discopatia, ma invece, hanno voluto visitarlo e fatto analisi del sangue poi gli volevevano fare anche eco addominale ma mi sono rifiutata x diagnosi pancreatite... pagato 190 euro x visita festiva 25 dicembre e nn mi hanno nemmeno prescritto antidolorifico. Fatta risonanza magnetica in un'altra clinica risultato discopatia lombare... no comment... pensano solo a rubare soldi con diagnosi incerte e sbagliate. Investite su medici competenti o chiudete !! Several times I went for unresolved emergencies ... the last one was to get me to prescribe a painkiller to alleviate the pain my dog had with an evident kyphotic attitude and therefore discopathy, but instead, they wanted to visit him and did blood tests then they wanted to do also abdominal echo but I refused x diagnosis pancreatitis ... paid 190 euro x holiday visit December 25th and I have not even prescribed a painkiller. MRI done in another clinic resulting in lumbar disc disease ... no comment ... they just think about stealing money with uncertain and wrong diagnoses. Invest in competent doctors or close !!

In 2 giorni ha ripreso a camminare e sente meno dolore. Sono stata molto soddisfatta, consiglio vivamente. Grazie di cuore On a business trip to Rome I turned to this clinic because my dog was no longer walking, they were very kind and available to visit and give him care. In 2 days he started walking again and feels less pain. I was very satisfied, I highly recommend. Thank you with all my heart

Neanche gli esiti degli esami su carta! Da evitare. Neanche al canile municipale trattano così. Belle poltrone 4 pc ma zero profprofessionalita Not so much for the € 250 for ultrasound and blood tests but for the fact that they do not give you a piece of paper with diagnosis and possible therapy. Not even the results of the exams on paper! To be avoided. Not even at the municipal kennel do they treat like that. Beautiful 4 pc armchairs but zero professionalism

Sono stati pronti hanno preso il gatto stabilizzato esaminato e tranquillizzato me che pur nn essendo il padrone ovviamente ero preoccupato. Dopo mi hsnno chiesto cosa volessi fare se portarlo a casa o direttamente al gattile in attesa che il padrone lo ritrovasse. In conclusione mi hanno avvisato che il padrone lo ha ripreso e portato a casa. Insomma la dottoressa e l. Tutto il personale a dir poco meraviglioso, molto disponibile e molto professionale, non si può non dare 5 stelle all'intera struttura. Ho ripreso la mia coniglietta dopo un paio di giorni di ricovero in condizioni ottime e con le giuste prescrizioni date ora va più che bene! Vi ringrazio ancora! I urgently brought my bunny to them and I was immediately welcomed with extreme kindness. All the staff are nothing short of wonderful, very helpful and very professional, you cannot fail to give 5 stars to the entire structure. I got my bunny back after a couple of days of hospitalization in excellent condition and with the right prescriptions given now it's just fine! Thank you again!

Mi hanno fatto fare delle analisi INUTILI alla mia gatta sapendo IN ANTICIPO che aveva poco tempo di vita (avendo il gatto 20 anni) e dopo aver pagato anticipatamente le analisi, dopo 3 giorni ancora non mi facevano sapere i risultati, nel frattempo ovviamente la mia gatta è morta. Si approfittano dell'amore che abbiamo verso i nostri animali e della debolezza del momento in cui si accetta tutto pur di cercare di farli stare meglio anche negli ultimi momenti. MAI PIÙ! I went to this veterinary clinic but it was the first and last time. I do not recommend it to everyone. They made me do useless tests on my cat knowing IN ADVANCE that she had little time to live (having the cat 20 years old) and after having paid in advance the tests, after 3 days they still did not let me know the results, in the meantime obviously mine cat is dead. They take advantage of the love we have for our animals and the weakness of the moment when we accept everything in order to try to make them feel better even in the last moments. NEVER AGAIN!
A	Alan Alor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat suffered a sudden allergy reaction and I took him to this clinic for emergency service. I don't think they have experience to treat emergencies. Just the normal stuff (vaccines and small programmed surgeries). They practiced on my cat a tracheotomy which I think went wrong and my cat was pronounced dead two days later, after spending more than €1000 in procedures and studies they requested. I would've accepted an honest "we don't know how to do it" response from the beginning so I could move him to another hospital. My cat is dead and my family is devastated. I do not recommend this place for emergencies. I have to agree with the other comments that this place seems to be more worried about the money. Before this event, I took my cat with similar symptoms to this clinic on July 24, 2019, and they gave a therapy of cortisone, which was followed until I brought him again to this clinic on April 26, 2020, with the same symptoms but Dr. Tarsitano discarded allergy and instead suggested a mouth surgery, which was performed on May 2, 2020. Clearly the cause of a swollen mouth was not solved by the surgery and perhaps my mistake was to trust in this clinic. Maybe if I had taken him to another place he would be alive now.
