La risposta è stata "ho un'urgenza, sono sola, se non vomita più portatelo a casa". Non trovo questo comportamento professionale. Eccezionale nelle 2 operazioni del nostro amato Golden retriever Asso (una a soli 4 mesi e altra ad 11 anni... asportazione parte intestino ed asportazione milza). Decisamente umana a settembre nell' accompagnarci durante ultimo viaggio del nostro Asso.... Quando leggo recensioni che la indicano come attaccata ai soldi non vedo assolutamente il suo modo di essere. In nessuna occasione ha mai voluto pagamento anticipato e ci è sempre venuta incontro x tutto. E vedere la riconoscenza di Asso quando la salutava non ha assolutamente prezzo. Lara is a professional who does her job out of passion and certainly not for the money. Exceptional in the 2 operations of our beloved Golden retriever Ace (one at only 4 months and the other at 11 years ... removal of the intestine and removal of the spleen). Mi ha spillato in un giorno tanti soldi senza portare benefici al mio piccolo cucciolo se avrebbe agito da subito non avrei il cucciolo mezzo moribondo. Neanche se fosse l unica veterinaria del pianeta gli riporterei i miei amati animali. Lei certo mi ha detto di lasciar glielo li il cucciolo ma senza considerare che era già traumatizzato dal giorno precedente che aveva viaggiato dalla Sicilia. Bastava che mi desse dei consigli pratici da adottare come successivamente ha fatto il mio veterinario che mi ha insegnato a fargli le flebo direttamente a casa nella sua cuccia al caldo. Il giorno dopo mi ha fatto penare per una ricetta di un farmaco che alla fine la farmacia mi ha detto che non era commerciabile per lo più con un prezzo da pazzi. Risolto il tutto con pochissimi soldi dal mio veterinario di fiducia. Very bad experience. Dopo mesi che il vecchio Plinski periodicamente aveva problemi e mi dicevano essere gonfiore addominale, mi sono fatto consigliare un altro medico da amici. Non ci sono arrivato per caso, ero in emergenza e mi hanno mandato lì. La Dottoressa Prandoni ha effettuato (subito) le analisi, ma solo per confermare quello che aveva sospettato in sede di visita, una cosa grave ma che si poteva affrontare nonostante l'età del cane e il ritardo nella diagnosi. Ha rischiato quello che, con una tastata di addome, gli altri medici avrebbero risolto 1 anno fa con una iniezione e una pacca consolatoria. Lo ha fatto a seguito della consapevolezza dello stato fisico del mio cane. Per le competenze lascio parlare il flusso di gente che ha quella Clinica, per l'umanità con cui ho visto lavorare lascio parlare la foto, erano le 22 e mi hanno avvisato che avevano finito l'intervento e potevo passare a vedere il cane. Per la prima volta ho trovato un posto accogliente e dei professionisti a cui affidare serenamente uno dei miei animali. Credo di aver finalmente trovato un valido punto di riferimento e non posso far altro che consigliarlo a chi ha a cuore il benessere degli animali. When my bunny got sick I didn't know this clinic yet, but I knew very well where I didn't want to take her. So I discovered The City of Varese. For the first time I have found a welcoming place and professionals to entrust one of my animals to serenely. I think I have finally found a valid point of reference and I can only recommend it to those who care about animal welfare.
