Esperienza negativa a dir poco, sia per l'installazione di 3 climatizzatori (dopo ben 5 volte hanno capito che avevano invertito i tubi) sia per l'installazione di una caldaia (hanno fatto rischiare la vita)! STATE ALLA LARGA!!

Infatti, in brevissimo tempo, grazie ad un team competente ho ricevuto un un'ottimo servizio a partire dalla consulenza tecnica affidata ad Ales......... che si è dimostrato, scrupoloso e meticoloso indirizzandomi verso il prodotto più consono alle mie esigenze.Lavorazione e organizzazione è stata gestita e curata dalla responsabile addetta all'installazione appunto Ilaria... che ha veramente dimostrato tutta la sua professionalità seguendo le varie fasi passo passo e fornendo la dovuta assistenza. E per i più fortunati, come il sottoscritto, l'installazione e' stata affidata a Marco (ove fosse possibile vi consiglio di chiedere nello specifico proprio di lui)che credetemi si distingue per la competenza , capacità e pulizia nel lavoro effettuato, oltre la cortesia che oggi è divenuta una rarità .Ho infatti trovato una persona corretta e scrupolosa e il risultato è stata la mia soddisfazione nel ricevere un lavoro come si dice in gergo a regola d'arte. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto installare una caldaia a settembre. Il termostato non è stato installato e nessun tecnico ha saputo collegarlo alla caldaia, né abbiamo ricevuto soluzioni alternative.
Dopo quasi 7 mesi di ripetute segnalazioni (e una raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno, quindi sicuramente letta) siamo ancora con una caldaia senza termostato.
Classico esempio di azienda che scompare subito dopo la vendita. Prima rimpalla la responsabilità tra uffici, poi il silenzio.
Da evitare assolutamente.

After almost 7 months of repeated reports (and a registered letter with return receipt, therefore certainly read) we are still with a boiler without a thermostat.
Classic example of a company that disappears immediately after the sale. First he shuffles the responsibility between offices, then silence.
