★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati il 10 di settembre, perché mi serviva un'auto che fosse "pronta subito" (causa problemi alla mia precedente vettura, non potevo aspettare). L'auto (una X1 proveniente da un leasing) è risultata essere pronta solo lunedì 27 settembre. Tralasciando le "inesattezze" ("ha 30'000 km", ne ha 37'000, "ti faccio riprendere il paraurti", non è avvenuto), la parte più pesante è stata la gestione della pratica, con una enormità di solleciti da dover fare a BMW bank e ad Agenzia Italia. Mi sono dovuto recare c/o un ufficio comunale per ottenere la copia autenticata del libretto e in posta per la spedizione dello stesso. Al di là delle due ore perse, ho chiesto il rimborso dei 26,90 spesi, cosa non avvenuta. Per sapere quando scadesse il precedente pagamento del bollo, ho fatto richiesta io a BMW bank. Concludendo, la pratica può dirsi conclusa solo giovedì 4 novembre, con la ricezione del libretto a me intestato. Ovviamente riconosco che non tutte le colpe siano da attribuire a Clever Car, tuttavia tanti aspetti potevano essere gestiti meglio.
I contacted them on September 10, because I needed a car that was "ready immediately" (due to problems with my previous car, I couldn't wait). The car (an X1 from a lease) was found to be ready only on Monday 27 September. Leaving aside the "inaccuracies" ("it has 30'000 km", it has 37'000 km, "I'll let you take the bumper back", it didn't happen), the heaviest part was the management of the file, with an enormous amount of reminders from having to do with BMW bank and Agenzia Italia. I had to go to a municipal office to obtain the certified copy of the booklet and to send it to the post office. Beyond the two hours lost, I asked for a refund of the 26.90 spent, which did not happen. To find out when the previous payment of the road tax was due, I made a request to BMW bank. In conclusion, the practice can be said to be concluded only on Thursday 4 November, with the receipt of the booklet in my name. Obviously I recognize that not all the blame can be attributed to Clever Car, however many aspects could have been managed better.
