Ero già cliente ma Emanuele con il supporto della direzione vendite è stato decisivo per il mio nuovo acquisto, e sono sicuro che verrò seguito anche nel post vendita. Ho chiamato la concessionaria CASTELLI & CARTENI e loro mi hanno assistito per tutta la giornata. In particolare, Alessio si è occupato di trovare una gomma sostitutiva presso diversi distributori, infine lo staff dell'officina è stato veramente molto gentile e professionale. Sono partito dalla Sardegna, in totale sicurezza sapendo di essere in ottime mani. Sono arrivato in stazione a Pavia dove c’era Marco ad attendermi, per poi andare nel centro Bmw a visionare l’auto. Accoglienza super cortese con sala d’attesa e annesso caffè, gentilmente offertoci. La cordialità, la competenza e il saper lavorare bene sono di casa in quel salone. La macchina è stata completamente revisionata, tagliandata, ritoccata da piccoli graffi presenti e lavata. Ho comprato in sostanza una macchina usata ma perfetta. Marco è riuscito a sradicare completamente la mia visione di acquisto d’auto a distanza. Consiglio assolutamente! M	Massimiliano Addis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È bello entrare in un posto e vedere che tutti si fanno gli affari propri non considerandoti affatto dopo che gli hai lasciato un pacco di soldi avendo acquistato li una serie 3 e hai bisogno di un litro olio motore che ho acquistato da un altra parte , nessuno ti serve. Sanno solo dirti buongiorno per poi sparire. It's nice to walk into one place and see everyone minding their own business by not considering you at all after you leave them a bundle of money having bought them a 3 series and you need a liter of motor oil that I bought somewhere else, none you need. They only know how to say good morning and then disappear.

Soprattutto la "Sig.ra ingioiellata" all'accettazione una maleducata che in maniera più assoluta non sa trattare con la clientela. Credo che a breve venderò l'auto per cambiare brand e sopra tutto concessionaria che aimè per via del lavoro devo affidarmi a loro. Bad experience, rude and little inclined to contact with the public. Especially the "Ms. bejeweled" at the acceptance a rude who in a more absolute way does not know how to deal with customers. I believe that soon I will sell the car to change brands and above all dealership that alas because of the work I have to rely on them.

Massima professionalità, preparatissimo sugli argomenti e puntuale nel cogliere le esigenze del cliente senza mai cercare di rifilare prodotti diversi ma anzi capace di guidarvi verso la scelta giusta all'interno dell'universo BMW senza condizionamenti o forzature. Affidabile nel trovare soluzioni valide, ovviando anche agli imprevisti che costellano il periodo in cui stiamo vivendo. Nel mio caso, un neofita ma con le idee molto chiare, ha saputo cesellare la Serie 1 che sognavo; quando si ha un budget illimitato sono tutti bravi a vendere auto: ma è proprio qui che Emanuele fa la differenza, io avevo stabilito una cifra e mi ha guidato verso il risultato migliore dall'inizio alla fine. Sono entusiasta della mia Serie 1 120d M Sport con cambio automatico Steptronic e paddle al volante, il colore Misano blue è una favola.
