★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti alla ditta per il rifacimento di un giardino privato di piccola metratura in una casa acquistata da pochi mesi. I lavori comprendevano la posa di un impianto di irrigazione. I lavori sono stati eseguiti nell'ottobre 2018.
Lavori eseguiti in modo non conforme al preventivo: basti pensare che è stato lasciato - e anzi è stato ampliato - l'impianto di irrigazione superficiale di cantiere, connesso all'impianto idraulico condominiale (e tale è rimasto!), mentre era previsto esclusivamente un impianto interrato. Si veda la foto in cui è evidente il tubo gocciolatore nell'aiuola creata ex novo durante i lavori.
L'impianto di irrigazione interrato è stato progettato in modo errato, con la conseguenza che alcune aree del giardino sono "bruciate" durante l'estate. Ciò era stato fatto notare già durante i lavori, evidentemente senza alcun risultato.
Allego anche una foto di come sia stato interrato il cavedio, nello specifico il cavo del sensore di pioggia.
Ma l'aspetto più antipatico è che è stato assolutamente impossibile avere un riscontro da loro sui problemi emersi dopo il rifacimento. Infatti, i "professionisti" hanno bloccato i nostri numeri di telefono (e non li avevamo mai disturbati al telefono!) e non hanno mai risposto alle e-mail! Sono convinto che problemi ed errori possano capitare a chiunque lavori; tuttavia, l'atteggiamento corretto deve essere quello di porre rimedio, non di fare gli offesi!
Non mi è mai capitato di avere a che fare con "professionisti" che si comportassero in questo modo.
We turned to the company for the renovation of a small private garden in a house bought a few months ago. The work included the installation of an irrigation system. The work was carried out in October 2018.
Work carried out in a manner inconsistent with the quote: just think that was left - and indeed has been expanded - the construction of surface irrigation system, connected to the hydraulic system condominium (and remains!), While it was expected only a underground system. See the photo where the dripping tube is clearly visible in the flowerbed created from scratch during the works.
The underground irrigation system was designed incorrectly, with the result that some areas of the garden are "burned" during the summer. This had been pointed out already during the works, evidently without any result.
I also enclose a photo of how the shaft was buried, specifically the rain sensor cable.
But the most unpleasant aspect is that it was absolutely impossible to get feedback from them on the problems that emerged after the remake. In fact, the "professionals" have blocked our phone numbers (and we had never bothered them on the phone!) And never replied to emails! I am convinced that problems and mistakes can happen to anyone working; however, the correct attitude must be to remedy, not to be offended!
It has never happened to me to deal with "professionals" who behaved in this way.
