★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza..portata l'auto acquistata a fine ottobre 2018 conx15.000 km per problema all'aria che non scongelava il parabrezza..mi han risposto che era capitato ad un'altra vettura e cambiando un microchip avevano risolto il problema. La riporto poco tempo dopo. Stesso problema.mi rispondono che hanno risolto.erano le foglie nel motore.era inverno pieno...non c'erano foglie nel motore.dopo la prima volta che me la guardano,inizio ad avere problemi con dei rumori che arrivano da sotto la pedaliera.mi rispondono che sono le pastiglie dei freni consumate.basita me ne vado.tornando a casa il tergicristallo automatico non funziona più. Lo spegnimento automatico a vettura ferma in mezzo al traffico nemmeno.la riporto per il tagliando,perché,essendo in garanzia sono obbligata ad andare da chi mi dice la concessionaria dove l'ho acquistata..mi dicono che il tergicristallo funzionava,bastava tenere premuto 2/3 secondi la leva e che la scritta appariva solo sullo schermo..che era un problema di batteria per lo spegnimento automatico..dando prima la colpa a me che tenevo l'aria accesa sul parabrezza e il tappettino troppo sotto i pedali per i rumori...sta di fatto che uscita da lì tutto magicamente funzionava senza essere intervenuti su nulla a detta loro..mi resta da aspettare l'inverno per vedere come va con il ghiaccio..l'unica cosa certa è che dal sign." Tizio"e combriccola non tornerò più ..la foto allegata è di una mattina che avevo schiacciato il vetro a mano e mi si è rifomato mentre andavo..ps.tutti i comandi usati c correttamente
Very bad experience .. brought the car purchased at the end of October 2018 with 15,000 km due to air problems that did not thaw the windshield .. they replied that it had happened to another car and changing a microchip had solved the problem. I'm bringing it back a little later. Same problem.I answer that they have solved.the leaves were in the engine.was full winter ... there were no leaves in the engine.after the first time they look at me, I start to have problems with noise coming from underneath pedaliera.mi answer that they are the brake pads consumate.basita I'm leaving. going back home the automatic wiper doesn't work anymore. The automatic shutdown when the car is stationary in the middle of the traffic, not even the carry-over for the coupon, because, being under warranty, I am obliged to go to those who tell me the dealership where I bought it .. they tell me that the windscreen wiper worked, it was enough to hold down 2/3 seconds the lever and that the writing appeared only on the screen..that was a problem of battery for the automatic extinction. Giving first the guilt to me that I kept the air turned on the windscreen and the small carpet too under the pedals for the noises ... the fact is that out of there everything magically worked without having intervened on anything according to them .. I have to wait for the winter to see how it goes with the ice .. the only certain thing is that from the sign . "Tizio" and combriccola I will not come back .. the attached photo is of a morning that I had crushed the glass by hand and I was repainted while I was going .. ps.all commands used c correctly

Appena entrato mi ha colpito la vastità di modelli di auto presenti in salone, questo aiuta molto a scegliere quello giusto. In quell'occasione ho conosciuto il Sig. Davide Cassago, un professionista molto preparato e cristallino nel chiarire qualsiasi dubbio tecnico e commerciale. Che dire... ci sono tornato con mia moglie e con lui ho concluso l'ordine della nostra nuova auto. Non ho messo 5 stelle solo perchè ho ritenuto prematuro esprimere un giudizio globale prima della consegna. Oltretutto ho trovato il preventivo migliore.

I went back with my wife and with him I concluded the order of our new car. I did not put 5 stars just because I felt it was premature to express a global judgment before delivery. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto buona con l'officina di questa concessionaria dove ho portato la mia macchina a noleggio per un tagliando. Mi è bastato prendere appuntamento telefonicamente e una volta finiti i lavori ho ricevuto un sms che confermava l'avvenuto lavoro.
Ho anche dato una sbirciatina al salone e ci sono vari modelli molto interessanti.

Pensando di doverla sostituire telefonicamente mi hanno fatto il preventivo del costo. Pienamente soddisfatta, molto onesti e disponibili. Anche se non mi è vicino sicuramente ritornerò. Consigliato
The review concerns the assistance at the Workshop, I own a DS3 I had a problem with the seat belt, which they solved very quickly, without having to replace it and without asking me for a penny.
