Benny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravo il venditore Filippo che è stato professionale, bravo, disponibile e comunque sa guidare all'acquisto, pessimo il collega vicino di scrivania che continuava a pressarlo con occhiate e sorrisini ....doveva sbrigarsi a liquidarmi perché dovevano fare una riunione alle 11:00 del mattino. Dato che io non ero lì per farmi una passeggiata ma ero seriamente intenzionato ad acquistare, mi sono sentito a disagio anch'io e ho tagliato corto uscendo dal concessionario con un preventivo scritto a penna dietro un pezzo di carta...ps comunque ho acquistato da un'altra parte non ero lì per perdere tempo.. Bravo the salesman Filippo who was professional, good, helpful and in any case knows how to guide the purchase, the colleague near the desk who kept pressing him with glances and smiles ... he had to hurry to liquidate me because they had to have a meeting at 11: 00 in the morning. Since I was not there to take a walk but I was serious about buying, I felt uncomfortable too and I cut it short by leaving the dealer with a quote written in pen behind a piece of paper ... ps anyway I bought somewhere else I wasn't there to waste time ..

Arrivo sul posto alle 13,50 per essere il primo e trovo tutto chiuso. Provo a chiamare e la segreteria non c'è più ma semplicemente cade la linea. Cerco su internet e nella scheda di google è riportato come orario di apertura 14,30. Aspetto. Ad un certo punto vedo che è possibile arrivare davanti all'ingresso e appena ci arrivo vedo un cartello che mette l'apertura alle 14,45. Nel frattempo arrivano altre 2 coppie. Finalmente arriva il venditore e scopro che gli altri hanno l'appuntamento e mi passano davanti tutti. Questo è il valore che danno al tempo che fanno perdere dei clienti. Questa è la disorganizzazione più totale. Se andate su appuntamento forse vale la pena dirlo in segreteria a chi chiama... Only one star because it is not possible to put less.
