Dopo varie chiamate mi si dice che il pezzo aveva una garanzia di una settimana. Chiedo di parlare direttamente con il proprietario ma la segreteria mi dice che sarei stato chiamato dallo stesso...ancora oggi aspetto una sua chiamata (in quanto riferivo che non avrei pagato la manodopera e l'uscita ).rivolgetevi ad altri tecnici più competenti e soprattutto onesti sul lavoro. Ringrazio ancora il proprietario. La prossima volta mi rivolgerò ad altri...KTM
Called and replacement of various pieces with a turnover of € 300 paid cash GREETINGS ... after 2 months the same loss to the exchanger. After several calls I am told that the piece had a one week warranty. I ask to speak directly with the owner but the secretary tells me that I would have been called by the same ... still today I am waiting for his call (as I reported that I would not have paid the labor and the exit). Contact other more competent technicians and especially honest at work. Thanks again to the owner. Next time I will turn to others ... KTM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il terzo anno di fila ho chiamato questo installatore per la classica pulizia e controllo della mia caldaia.
Morale...quest'anno il tecnico è uscito e mi ha spaccato il frontalino dove ci sono le manopole della caldaia. Il tecnico era di un'incompetenza disarmante, se ne andato (senza farmi il controllo dei fumi etc...) e mi dice che sarò ricontattata per sostituire il pezzo. La caldaia avendo oramai qualche annetto è stato impossibile reperire il pezzo, a detta loro. Quindi? TANTI SALUTI E SI ARRANGI! Non ho parole...sconsiglio vivamente.
For the third year in a row I called this installer for the classic cleaning and control of my boiler.
Moral ... this year the technician went out and broke the front panel where the boiler knobs are. The technician was of a disarming incompetence, he went away (without checking the fumes etc ...) and tells me that I will be contacted to replace the piece. The boiler having now a few years it was impossible to find the piece, according to them. Therefore? HAPPY GREETINGS AND ARRANGE! I have no words ... I strongly advise against it.
