★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato personalmente con un collega in questo centro assistenza al fine di richiedere un intervento di manutenzione su un HiSense installato nel mio appartamento. Il titolare prende il mio numero e mi dice:" entro fine settimana ti chiamo e facciamo l'intervento" erano i primi di giugno....passata una settimana non sentendo nessuno chiamo il titolare il quale mi dice: "prima di sera passo da te". Ovviamente non si è più fatto sentire nessuno nel mentre ho sostituito l HiSense con un Daikin e spostato l HiSense in un altro appartamento. Probabilmente al titolare di questo centro assistenza non era interessato a fare questi lavori di poco conto...Chi ci ha perso ? Sicuramente no chi scrive.
I went personally with a colleague to this service center in order to request maintenance on a HiSense installed in my apartment. The owner takes my number and tells me: "I'll call you by the weekend and we'll do the surgery" it was early June .... after a week not hearing anyone I call the owner who tells me: "before evening I pass at your place". Obviously no one was heard anymore while I replaced the HiSense with a Daikin and moved the HiSense to another apartment. Probably the owner of this service center was not interested in doing these minor jobs ... Who has lost us? Certainly not the writer.
