m	mauro callegaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dicono che prima di riparare la mia idropulitrice, mi avrebbero comunicato il prezzo e consenso per procedere al lavoro.. mi chiamano dopo 3 settimane per dirmi che il lavoro e' stato fatto a sono 61€.. dico ok.. vabbe'..potevano avvisarmi.. pazienza.. poi siccome la mia idropulitrice nn e' sufficientemente potente la mattina del ritiro chiamo per accertarmi che la loro idropulitrice a noleggio, consigliatami dal proprietario per il lavoro che devo svolgere, sia libera.. Mi viene risposto di sì.. mi presento 30 minuti dopo la chiamata e dopo 40km, e mi viene detto che l' idropulitrice non c'è.. e' fuori a noleggio.. potete immaginare la mia reazione! Se mi dicevano che non era disponibile, passavo un altro giorno x fare tutto in una volta.. complimenti per il servizio.. qui io non metto più piede! They tell me that before repairing my pressure washer, they would have communicated the price and consent to proceed with the work .. they call me after 3 weeks to tell me that the work has been done for 61 € .. I say ok .. anyway. . could warn me .. patience .. then since my pressure washer is not sufficiently powerful on the morning of collection I call to make sure that their rental pressure washer, recommended to me by the owner for the work I have to do, is free .. I am told yes .. I show up 30 minutes after the call and after 40km, and I am told that the pressure washer is not there .. it is out for hire .. you can imagine my reaction! If they told me it wasn't available, I would spend another day doing everything at once .. congratulations for the service .. I don't set foot here anymore!
