Il proprietario è venuto a consegnare e ha lasciato i sacchi davanti al portone lasciando mia mamma da sola a doversi caricare i sacchi da sola. Abbiamo chiamato per chiedere spiegazioni e ci è stato risposto che non potevano fare nulla e che è un problema nostro. Al momento in cui abbiamo detto che perdevano un cliente hanno risposto che a loro non fregava nulla. Complimenti per la gestione e l'educazione verso una persona anziana. Pessimi!!! Bad! My 76-year-old mom asked for some bags of soil for the garden to be delivered to her home. The owner came to deliver and left the bags in front of the door leaving my mom alone to load the bags herself. We called to ask for an explanation and were told that there was nothing they could do and that it is our problem. When we said they were losing a customer they replied that they didn't care. Kudos for the management and education towards an elderly person. Bad !!!
