Dopo poco più di 1 anno mi si è rotta inspiegabilmente la molla di richiamo della zanzariera IN GARANZIA. sono venuti a sostituirla ma poi hanno preteso il pagamento di manodopera e diritti di uscita incuranti dell'art. 130 del codice del consumo. A fronte delle mie osservazioni al riguardo, hanno modificato versione: mi è stato comunicato che la molla si era USURATA ed arrugginita a causa delle condizioni climatiche avverse della mia zona (umidità) e quindi non era un difetto di conformità. No comment!
