Consipliato!
It is now, in fact, the temple of culture. A place of art itself, but also a theater, at times, of great cultural events. If you come to Perugia, you cannot miss it. It is easily found in the Tre Archi area. Recommended!

We went mainly for J. Beauys' collection of "blackboards". The museum is housed in a fabulous historic building with an architectural structure dating back to Roman times. Note also the ceilings of the rooms, studded with noteworthy frescoes, which deserve careful observation. The futurist works of Dottori are interesting, representative and divided in a reasoned and thematic way. The museum is equipped with toilets for people with disabilities. The staff are knowledgeable and polite. The place, sanitized, is clean and decent. The cost of the ticket is modest and has reductions for FAI members, law enforcement agencies, university students etc. Reachable on foot 10 minutes away, from the historic center, starting from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo.

A really lovely art museum built on a Roman amphitheatre with some fantastic works in their collections. I especially loved the Italian Futurism exhibit of Gerardo Dottori. They have some great art souvenirs and a nice cafe as well. The staff were really lovely and courteous, definitely worth your time!
