L	LP1970 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È giunto il momento del salto di qualità Com'è accaduto grossomodo a tutta la provincia di Livorno, giunta alle soglie del nuovo millennio candidamente (magicamente, direi) ignara delle sue enormi potenzialità turistiche, anche Marina di Bibbona, sonnolenta località balneare negli anni '80 e '90, si è trasformata nell'ultimo decennio in una mèta turistica caotica ed affollata capace di attrarre, coi suoi campeggi, le sue case vacanza ed i nuovi alberghi a quattro e più piani, decine di migliaia di soggiornanti. Molto del fascino del luogo, legato al buio ed al silenzio delle sere estive, rotto solo dal sordo mugghiare del mare oltre la pineta, è certamente andato perduto, ma in compenso sono molte anche le opportunità di guadagno di cui la popolazione locale ha potuto avvantaggiarsi. Adesso che la scelta è stata fatta, che la direzione verso gli investimenti massicci nel turismo balneare di massa è stata imboccata, serve il coraggio per andare fino in fondo. Con il turismo di massa sono infatti arrivati anche i problemi legati al consumo di alcool, alle risse notturne ed ai danneggiamenti delle proprietà private. Il Comune di Bibbona si prenda carico di questi problemi e garantisca un controllo del territorio anche in orario notturno, magari con pattuglie della polizia locale o con accordi con la questura. Much of the charm of the place, linked to the darkness and silence of summer evenings, broken only by the dull roar of the sea beyond the pine forest, has certainly been lost, but on the other hand there are also many earning opportunities that the local population has been able to take advantage of. . Now that the choice has been made, that the direction towards massive investments in mass seaside tourism has been taken, courage is needed to go all the way. With mass tourism, in fact, problems related to the consumption of alcohol, night fights and damage to private properties have also arrived. The Municipality of Bibbona takes charge of these problems and guarantees control of the territory even at night, perhaps with local police patrols or with agreements with the police headquarters.
