Un paio di volte ho visto cittadini maleducati perdere la pazienza con gli impiegati e questo non lo trovo giusto. Porsi in maniera gentile e paziente aiuta molto di più con gli altri. Quindi datevi una regolata e cercate di essere pazienti ed educati quando vi serve qualcosa.
Fortunately, every time I went to the municipality, I met helpful and prepared employees. A couple of times I've seen rude citizens lose patience with employees and I don't find that fair. Being kind and patient helps a lot more with others. So settle down and try to be patient and polite when you need something.
