Scelgo una Citroen C4 Picasso 1.6 vti, con impianto GPL installato dal vecchio proprietario. Nonostante l'officina non sia vicina alla mia abitazione, ho deciso di affidare lo stesso l'auto a questo centro autorizzato Citroen, le cui recensioni mi hanno decisamente rassicurato! Fabio è il titolare dell'officina ed è una persona gentile, disponibile, professionale e competente! Sulla C4 è stata risolta una perdita di olio motore e di liquido dal termostato. Le due perdite sono state subito intercettate, e la riparazione è stata rapida e a costo contenuto. Risolto anche un problema di anomalia antinquinamento relativo alla spia avaria motore! Questo problema, già presente con il precedente proprietario, non era mai stato risolto dai diversi meccanici generici! Come per le perdite, anche sul problema della spia, la ricerca del problema in vst è stata rapida e a costo contenuto. Ho infine richiesto un tagliando completo, il cambio di dischi e pastiglie e dei 4 ammortizzatori. Tutti i lavori sono stati effettuati con cura e utilizzando ricambi originali psa, con garanzia nazionale di 24 mesi! Una particolare attenzione è offerta anche alla protezione dell'interno, grazie all'utilizzo di una copertura per il sedile, volante e pomello del cambio, e addirittura un tappetino per i piedi! Fabio is the owner of the workshop and is a kind, helpful, professional and competent person! A loss of engine oil and liquid from the thermostat has been resolved on the C4. The two leaks were immediately intercepted, and the repair was quick and at low cost. Also solved an anti-pollution anomaly problem related to the engine failure warning light! This problem, already present with the previous owner, had never been solved by the various generic mechanics! As for the leaks, even on the spy problem, the search for the problem in vst was quick and at low cost. Finally, I requested a complete service, the change of discs and pads and of the 4 shock absorbers. All the works were carried out with care and using original psa spare parts, with a 24-month national guarantee! Particular attention is also paid to the protection of the interior, thanks to the use of a cover for the seat, steering wheel and gear knob, and even a mat for the feet! Not even in AUDI have I ever received such general treatment !!
