C	Cristiana Colonna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ho un pessimo rapporto con i parrucchieri, primo perchè non amo che mi tocchino i capelli, secondo perchè da bimba ero entrata con i capelli lunghissimi e alla spuntata richiesta da mia madre sono uscita con un caschetto. Ho trovato la Griffe su Groupon ma mi sono recata direttamente insieme a mia figlia. Rossella dolcissima e molto professionale fantastica anche Martina. Siamo uscite entrambe molto soddisfatte. Il taglio come lo volevamo il colore anche. Non ho più dubbi abbiamo trovato la nostra parrucchiera. I state that I have a bad relationship with the hairdressers, first because I don't like that they touch my hair, secondly because as a child I had entered with very long hair and at the prompt request from my mother I went out with a helmet. I found the Griffe on Groupon but I went directly with my daughter. Martina is also very sweet and very professional. We both left very satisfied. The cut as we wanted the color too. I have no doubt we found our hairdresser.

Ho acquistato un coupon oggi presso di loro e avevo fissato un’appuntamento con la figlia per le h 14.30. Richiamandomi la titolare mi ha detto si fossero sbagliate (ovviamente dopo aver comprato il coupon) dicendomi che il sabato non accettano il coupon in quanto hanno già le loro clienti (che obbiettivamente è una palla avendomi fissato l’appuntamento per le 14.30, ma tralasciando questo..) chiedo comunque gentilmente alla titolare di potermi lasciare l’appuntamento per oggi, in quanto necessitavo di taglio e piega oggi. È stata sgarbata dicendomi che a lei non frega nulla del coupon in quanto i soldi le arrivano a fine mese. Detto questo ovviamente recensisco la situazione per mettervi in guardia sulla gentilezza e professionalità del posto. MAI PIÙ! I want to write here as I believe that this salon, even before entering it, is not as professional or serious as per reviews. I purchased a coupon from them today and had set an appointment with my daughter for 2.30 pm. Calling me back, the owner told me they were wrong (obviously after buying the coupon) telling me that on Saturday they do not accept the coupon as they already have their customers (which is objectively a ball having fixed the appointment for 14.30, but leaving this out ..) However, I kindly ask the owner to leave me the appointment for today, as I needed to cut and fold today. She was rude by telling me that she doesn't give a damn about the coupon as the money comes to her at the end of the month. Having said that, I obviously review the situation to warn you about the kindness and professionalism of the place. NEVER AGAIN!
