Venendo da fuori ho concluso tutta la burocrazia online con Sabrina Augustaro e devo dire che mi sono trovata veramente bene, è stata molto disponibile e cortese. Ho richiesto foto della macchina per poterla vedere e sono stata accontentata. Anche per il ritiro tutto perfetto, con Luca Fabbri, che mi ha mostrato e spiegato tutto nel dettaglio. Sono veramente soddisfatta! Bravi :)

Today I finally picked up my Opel Corsa Elegance. Coming from outside I completed all the online bureaucracy with Sabrina Augustaro and I must say that I found myself really well, she was very helpful and courteous. I requested photos of the car to be able to see it and I was satisfied. Also for the perfect retreat, with Luca Fabbri, who showed me and explained everything in detail. I am really satisfied! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionario da evitare assolutamente, dopo aver comprato da loro un'autovettura passati due mesi, alla richiesta di un upgrade sui fari o sul tettuccio panoramico , optional che la macchina usata al momento dell'acquisto non aveva, la risposta del magazzino meccanico è stata li mettevi quando hai comprato la macchina, stessa cosa per un paio di cerchi da 18 pollici +sportivi , in maniera alquanto sgarbata , ho tralasciato questo particolare e dopo altri due mesi ho richiamato il service Opel previo partenza per un viaggio volevo fare un tagliando preventivo alla macchina , ora , Io abito a due ore e mezza dal concessionario al telefono volevo un preventivo sui vari prezzi per il tagliando La loro risposta è stata devi farti due ore e mezza e devi venire qua non te lo possiamo fare al telefono. Caspita dopo €16000 di acquisto mi aspettavo meno negligenza , mi servirò altrove

Ognuno si assume le proprie responsabilità, io come cliente e voi come venditori, in fin dei conti (con un po' di impegno) il problema è stato risolto. Una recensione motivata e consapevole è al servizio di tutti, venditori compresi. SPERO NON TOGLIATE ANCHE QUESTA....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare l'usato da questa concessionaria in quanto vendono auto incidentate camuffate come premium. Inoltre il servizio di assistenza in garanzia è inutile. L'auto sostitutiva viene fornita in condizioni pietosi allego foto.
I strongly advise against buying used cars from this dealership as they sell crashed cars disguised as premium. Furthermore, the warranty service is useless. The replacement car is supplied in poor condition, I attach photos.
