Esperienza con assistenza Citroen.
Se avete necessità che "ci pensino loro" questo vale sicuramente per la manutenzione, ma la comunicazione con il cliente è da rivedere.
Peccato per il personale che sembra cordiale e professionale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Batteria sostituita a Settembre 2019, in Luglio 2021 smette di andare. La sostituisco in un'altra officina e mi confermano che mi era stata montata una batteria alla quale andava rabboccato un acido di tanto in tanto. Peccato che l'officina Monte Carlo non ci avesse avvisato. Li chiamo e mi dicono che non ho fatto la corretta manutenzione dell'auto. Ma se io il tagliando l'avrei proprio dovuto fare a Settembre 2021... la batteria non é arrivata neppure al tagliando!! E comunque dovevo essere informata perché la batteria montata era diversa da quella precedente e da tutte quelle che abbiamo avuto in famiglia in questi 30 anni... Inoltre non era neppure più in garanzia (1 anno durano le loro garanzie!!)... attenzione, chiedete ogni piccolo particolare!! Ci siamo pure fermati all'improvviso in mezzo all'incrocio con la via C. Colombo e non andava più niente... é stata anche una situazione pericolosa e non hanno neppure detto un: ci dispiace... quando poi avevamo anche cambiato gomme e speso altri soldi da loro.. poco professionali e poco umani.
Battery replaced in September 2019, in July 2021 it stops working. I replace it in another workshop and they confirm that I had a battery fitted to which an acid had to be refilled from time to time. Too bad the Monte Carlo workshop didn't warn us. I call them and they tell me that I have not done the proper maintenance of the car. But if I really should have done the coupon in September 2021 ... the battery hasn't even arrived at the coupon !! And in any case I had to be informed because the mounted battery was different from the previous one and from all those we have had in the family in these 30 years ... It was also no longer under warranty (1 year their warranties last !!) ... attention, ask for every little detail !! We also stopped suddenly in the middle of the intersection with Via C. Colombo and nothing was going anymore ... it was also a dangerous situation and they didn't even say a: we're sorry ... when we had also changed tires and spent more money from them .. unprofessional and unhuman.
