★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, per un cric sono dovuto tornare due volte (dopo aver telefonato la prima volta per accertarmi che lo avessero) e dopo aver trovato l'oggetto ho lasciato perdere perché avrei dovuto allungare 30 euro (prezzo già esagerato) a nero senza nessuna possibilità di pagare con carta di credito. I soldi in contanti ce li avevi ma ho pensato di lasciar perdere e cercate altrove.
 Bad experience, for a jack I had to return twice (after phoning the first time to make sure they had it) and after finding the object I gave up because I would have to extend 30 euros (already exaggerated price) to black without any possibility to pay by credit card. You had cash in there but I thought I'd give it up and look elsewhere.

Sono dovuto passare svariate volte per delle maniglie di ricambio (con serratura), e non mi hanno dato nemmeno le chiavi...
Bad parts service, hasty and superficial.
I had to go through spare (lockable) handles several times, and they didn't even give me the keys ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato x sapere se avevano un pezzo per il mio furgone, con un grande menefreghismo mi è stato risposto ""NO ""senza neanche chiedermi che tipo di modello era il mezzo, come per altro mi hanno chiesto tutti gli altri oppure senza neanche dirmi FACCIO UN CONTROLLO niente di tutto questo .
Se non avete voglia di lavorare statevene a casa perché se non lo sapete i clienti pagano per i servizi chiesti.
SCONSIGLIATO.
I phoned to find out if they had a piece for my van, with a great indifference I was answered "" NO "" without even asking me what kind of model the vehicle was, as for another they asked me all the others or without even telling me I DO A CHECK none of this.
If you don't want to work, stay at home because if you don't know, customers pay for the services requested.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per sapere se hanno un pezzo di ricambio, risponde un signore con accento non italiano, dire maleducato è poco! Mettetelo a smontare pezzi ma non a rispondere al telefono.
I call to find out if they have a spare part, replies a gentleman with a non-Italian accent, saying rude is not enough! Get him to take apart pieces but not to answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scrapped my "banger" car here and was surprised in Italy that you have to pay for this service! But the young man and his girlfriend were very helpful and courteous and spoke English, which helped, alot! YT51VVP 1800miles didn't miss a beat! RIP
