★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il concessionario è molto bello e il personale cordiale e ospitale. Parcheggio clienti comodo. Show room molto ricco ed è possibile toccare con mano quasi tutti i modelli compreso le elettriche.
 The dealer is very nice and the staff are friendly and hospitable. Convenient customer parking. Very rich showroom and it is possible to touch almost all the models including the electric ones.

Zarri, si è dimostrato veramente in grado di sopperire con la sua professionalità ai difetti del prodotto. Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina con prezzi molto alti. Un'ispezione con un cambio olio freni: 169 euro. In generale penso che la qualità delle auto sia molto scaduta, ma questo non è colpa della concessionaria: abbiamo avuto una decina di VW in famiglia ed erano dei muli. Questo golf: appena 47.000 km con già due seri problemi da 500 euro l'uno (centralina airbag e pompa dell'acqua). Molto deluso da VW. Penso sarà l'ultima.
Workshop with very high prices. An inspection with a brake oil change: 169 euros. In general I think the quality of the cars is very poor, but this is not the fault of the dealership: we had about ten VWs in the family and they were mules. This golf: just 47,000 km with already two serious problems for 500 euros each (airbag control unit and water pump). Very disappointed with VW. I think it will be the last.

auto pronta prima del previsto e con il lavoro eseguito in modo perfetto.
costo dei ricambi e manodopera alti..ma ormai lo sono ovunque...
large VW dealership in Bologna ... service staff very helpful and trained in the people of mr. Zardi and Vaccari, I had to postpone an appointment for the delivery of the car and they came to meet me.
car ready ahead of schedule and with the job done perfectly.
high cost of spare parts and labor .. but now they are everywhere ...
