Sono veloci (in base alla tipologia di guasto) e puntuali. Ad ora, l'officina con cui ho stretto il rapporto migliore a Bologna. Experience and competence. Giuseppe and his team are always available for any request for car and motorcycle repair. They are fast (depending on the type of fault) and on time. So far, the workshop with which I have the best relationship in Bologna.
C	Claudio Mangione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella, solo perché non posso dare meno, professionalità zero, ho portato la macchina per un problema di accensione, mi è stata cambiata la batteria ancora buona con una più scarsa, dicendomi che il problema era stato risolto, senza essere stato avvisato prima dell'esosa cifra, mi sono trovato a pagare 220 euro in nero senza fattura, un vero e proprio furto. Dopo neanche 20 giorni il problema si è ripresentato, ho chiamato il meccanico, ma non mi ha risolto il problema e non sono stato neanche rimborsato.... ditemi voi se questa è professionalità. Diffidate da questa gente incompetente che dovrebbe cambiare mestiere. Allego foto della scheda di lavoro nel caso qualcuno non dovesse credere a quello che ho scritto. Arriviamo, concordiamo il giorno per il lavoro e l'auto sostitutiva. Quando ci capita un guasto improvviso, fa di tutto per risolverlo al momento. I've been going there for 20 years. Ho chiesto vita morte e miracoli della vettura e mi sono trovato davanti a persone estremamente cordiali e cortesi, soprattutto la figlia e il titolare, cosa più unica che rara ormai, dato che mi hanno accolto col sorriso anche se stavano per chiudere. Hanno saputo soddisfare tutte le mie curiosità. Seppur non troppo comodi per dove risiedo e lavoro, mi recherò sicuramente da loro per effettuare una prima messa a punto della vettura in questione, una volta restaurata di carrozzeria e di interni. They were able to satisfy all my curiosities. Although not too comfortable for where I live and work, I will certainly go to them to carry out a first set-up of the car in question, once the bodywork and interior have been restored. Appena scade la garanzia ufficiale delle mie auto , Beppe diventa l'unico meccanico a toccare la mia macchina . Competenti ,onesti e prezzi in linea o più bassi della concorrenza. Voto 9 ( non do 10 perchè l'accesso all'officina non è super agevole ) I work in motorsport so I see a lot of mechanics. As soon as the official warranty of my cars expires, Beppe becomes the only mechanic to touch my car. Competent, honest and priced in line or lower than the competition. Grade 9 (I don't give 10 because access to the workshop is not super easy)
