★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza , sono stata in trattativa da luglio 2020 e sono riuscita a rogitare a febbraio di quest’anno dopo varie problematiche (l’immobile era pignorato e alla proposta d’acquisto non sono stata informata), fino a fine settembre mi hanno tenuta per le lunghe tra varie procedure ... finalmente a fine novembre sembrava tutto in regola... invece no ... altre problematiche di mezzo fino a metà gennaio , fissato finalmente il rogito il giorno prima è comparso un’altro problema e abbiamo dovuto slittare di una settimana ? .dopo tutto ciò ... prezzo di agenzia altissimo !!!
Ed ora mi trovo pure a sistemare delle grosse problematiche di tubatura (non dichiarate )
Bad experience, I have been in negotiations since July 2020 and I managed to sign up in February of this year after various problems (the property was foreclosed and I was not informed of the purchase proposal), until the end of September they kept me for the long between various procedures ... finally at the end of November everything seemed to be in order ... but no ... other problems in between until mid-January, finally fixed the deed the day before another problem appeared and we had to postpone of a week ?. after all that ... very high agency price !!!
And now I also find myself fixing some big piping problems (undeclared)
