★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estremamente gentili e disponibili, hanno risolto il mio problema velocemente. Anche i prezzi sono buoni. Ci tornerò sicuramente sia per riparazioni che se dovessi acquistare una nuova bici.

Attirato dalle recensioni, evidentemente di clienti che lo conoscono ma io “nuovo cliente” sono rimasto sbalordito dai modi del presunto proprietario … i modi sono il biglietto da visita di un negozio ( che tu venda un caffè o che venda orologi Rolex )in maniera molto ineducata mi è stato detto che lui fa un determinato intervento il che ci può stare a prezzo caro o conveniente che sia ma il modo come mi ha servito mi ha fatto cadere le braccia …. Mai più neanche per gonfiare le gomme ( tra l’altro penso che dall’atteggiamento rifiuterebbe categoricamente )
Terrible! Attracted by the reviews, obviously from customers who know him but I "new customer" was amazed by the ways of the alleged owner ... the ways are the business card of a shop (whether you sell a coffee or sell Rolex watches) in a very uneducated I was told that he makes a certain intervention which can be expensive or affordable but the way he served me made me drop my arms…. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono bravi, veloci, competenti e onesti. Hanno riparato in breve tempo la mia bici un po’ “acciaccata” e mi hanno dato suggerimenti per manutenerla al meglio. Ho notato che mi è stata fatta una piccola modifica ad un accessorio in modo da renderlo utilizzabile, una accortezza che fa piacere. Bravi. In caso di necessità tornerò sicuramente!
They are good, fast, competent and honest. They quickly repaired my slightly "bruised" bike and gave me tips on how to keep it at its best. I noticed that I was made a small change to an accessory in order to make it usable, a shrewdness that is pleasing. Well done. In case of need I will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una bicicletta da sistemare le due ruote , ho chiesto il preventivo prima di fare il lavoro , dopodiché sono tornato mi hanno detto un altro prezzo dicendo che avevano fatti altri lavori( senza chiedermi prima il permesso e nemmeno avvisandomi per il cambiamento di prezzo) disonesti AVOID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse avrei dato zero stelle! persone molto scorrette e disoneste, gli ho portato una bici ad Aprile per riparare i freni e hanno deciso di cambiare altri pezzi senza consultarmi per un totale di 54 euro. La settimana dopo il freno era di nuovo rotto e si sono giustificati dicendo che la bici era troppo vecchia. Non lo sapevano prima di provare ad aggiustarla e chiedere 54 euro solo dopo? Ho chiesto quanto costava una sella e mi hanno risposto 18 euro, ma non c'era e avrebbero dovuto ordinarla. Dopo 3 settimane di attesa la sella è arrivata, ma misteriosamente costava 24 euro. Ci sono tornata venerdì scorso per un'altra bici con ruota forata, non mi hanno più chiamato per il preventivo, la mattina dopo l'avevano già sistemata per 12 euro. Oggi è lunedì, scendo a prendere la bici e la stessa ruota è di nuovo a terra, ci ritorno, dicono che non è colpa loro. Si sarà bucata sicuramente nel tragitto tra l'officina e casa (600 m). Nonostante ogni tipo di obiezione e nonostante la mia rinuncia ad eseguire una nuova riparazione, smontano la ruota e chiedono altri 12 euro. Credo di averglieli quasi tirati appresso.
Io non ci andrò mai più e loro dovrebbero cambiare lavoro.
If you could I would have given zero stars! very unfair and dishonest people, I brought them a bike in April to repair the brakes and they decided to change other parts without consulting me for a total of 54 euros. The next week the brake was broken again and they justified themselves by saying that the bike was too old. Didn't they know before they tried to fix it and ask for 54 euros only afterwards? I asked how much a saddle cost and they replied 18 euros, but it wasn't there and they should have ordered it. After 3 weeks of waiting the saddle arrived, but mysteriously it cost 24 euros. I went back last Friday for another bike with a punctured wheel, they no longer called me for a quote, the next morning they had already arranged it for 12 euros. Today is Monday, I go down to get my bike and the same wheel is on the ground again, I go back to it, they say it's not their fault. It will certainly be punctured on the way between the workshop and home (600 m). Despite all kinds of objections and despite my refusal to carry out a new repair, they dismantle the wheel and ask for another 12 euros. I think I almost pulled them after him.
I will never go there again and they should change jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il signore che lavora lì è assolutamente gentilissimo e sicuramente sa fare il suo mestiere. Se dovete riparare una bici, cambiare qualche pezzo o aggiustare un guasto è il posto giusto dove recarsi e perché no, magari se fate un salto date un'occhiata alle bici in esposizione perché meritano.
The gentleman who works there is absolutely very kind and certainly knows how to do his job. If you need to repair a bike, change a few parts or fix a fault, this is the right place to go and why not, maybe if you pop, take a look at the bikes on display because they deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozietto di quartiere, dove si respira una Milano d'altri tempi. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile. Ho portato una bici con i fili dei freni distrutti e me li ha riparati in pochissimo tempo. Unica piccola pecca: dopo l'intervento, sia la sella che le manopole del manubrio avevano alcuni aloni di grasso, che ho levato con un fazzoletto, ma è una disattenzione che ci può stare alle 18 del venerdì sera.
Nice neighborhood shop, where you can breathe a Milan of yesteryear. The owner was very helpful. I brought a bike with broken brake lines and he fixed them for me in no time. The only small flaw: after the surgery, both the saddle and the handlebar grips had some streaks of grease, which I removed with a handkerchief, but it is a carelessness that can happen at 6pm on a Friday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata una prima volta per riparare freni e un altro problema alla catena perché tra quelli in zona mi sembrava il più onesto ed economico. Onestamente mi ero trovata bene a tal punto da tornare una seconda volta. In questo caso ho notato il personale (il più anziano, credo il proprietario) molto scortese, maleducato e inoltre senza mascherina e non mi ha rilasciato neanche la ricevuta. Uscita da lì il freno posteriore non funzionava più come prima. Piuttosto mi arragio da sola o vado a piedi prima di riportare la bici da loro.
