Al preventivo iniziale di 25 euro hanno poi aggiunto 35 euro a causa della necessità di sostituire l'intero pezzo riservandomi la sorpresa quando l'indomani sono andata a ritirare la bici. In negozio erano presenti 3 addetti ma mancava il 4 per avere informazioni più precise, ognuno si faceva gli affari propri non ho avuto nessun tipo di evasione, la bici in questione era totalmente sporca e con ragnatele.
