★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2021 ho acquistato una E bike che ha avuto dopo pochi km ( circa 600 )problemi al motore. Subito il venditore si è dimostrato premuroso nel mendala alla ditta costruttrice del motore,, intervento che a loro parere è stato risolutivo. In realtà, provandola su percorsi già effettuati in precedenza non aveva la stessa potenza.Mi è stato proposto il cambio con una E bike che mi era stata data in sostituzione con caratteristiche tecniche inferiori senza nessun rimborso di spesa.
In 2021 I bought an E bike that had engine problems after a few km (about 600). The seller immediately proved to be considerate in sending the engine manufacturer a bribe, which in their opinion was decisive. In reality, trying it on routes already made previously it did not have the same power. I was offered the change with an E bike that had been given to me as a replacement with lower technical characteristics without any reimbursement of expenses.
