Friendly, professional, very precise and fast in repairs and with a wide choice of new, used and rental. We hired a mtb e-bike to use for a high altitude crossing in the mountains. They offered us, at a great price, a 2020 model Cube e-bike. Excellent !!!

Nota dolente il servizio alla reception: lento, mi hanno lasciato 20 min ad aspettare (ero solo) senza che nessuno mi rivolgesse la parola. Ho affittato bici dal mattino e restituita alle 15.30.....ma mi hanno fatto pagare la giornata intera. Non lo trovo corretto. Andrò altrove. Good quality bike park, lots of choice. They also offer very recent e-bike rentals. This is appreciable. Sore point the service at the reception: slow, they left me waiting 20 minutes (I was alone) without anyone speaking to me. I rented bikes from the morning and returned at 3.30pm ..... but they charged me for the full day. I don't find it correct. I will go elsewhere.
