F	Fely Inki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non c'è la valutazione zero stelle, ho lavorato qui e posso dire che il personale del magazzino, eccetto due persone si è comportata in maniera maleducata e molto irrispettosa nei miei confronti, quando ho sostenuto il colloquio mi hanno detto che avrei montato telai e biciclette, ma in realtà non mi hanno fatto svolgere questa attività perchè la priorità era di pulire il magazzino/uffici/macchine anche se c'erano molti ordini da evadere. Bastava essere chiari dall'inizio, poi non mi hanno rinnovato il contratto perchè il mio profilo non corrispondeva con le loro aspettative, ma se nemmeno me l'hanno fatto svolgere il lavoro richiesto nonostante in possesso dell'esperienza! ma stiamo scherzando! sono sempre stata corretta e non sono mai mancata un giorno nonostante il loro comportamento (avrei potuto anche mettermi in mutua ma per correttezza mia personale non l'ho fatto). Io sono una ragazza seria e volenterosa ma questi atteggiamenti non fanno piacere, facile parlare bene da parte dei clienti ma provate ad andare oltre e a pensare se realmente conoscete l'azienda e il trattamento che viene riservato ai dipendenti (faccio il mio nome in questo caso). Poi nemmeno un confronto di persona, tanto chissenefrega no è pieno di curriculum di altra gente, facile risolvere i problemi così. Che delusione! It was enough to be clear from the beginning, then they did not renew my contract because my profile did not correspond with their expectations, but if they did not even let me do the required work despite having the experience! Are we joking! I have always been correct and I have never missed a day despite their behavior (I could have also put myself in a mutual fund but for my personal correctness I did not). I am a serious and willing girl but these attitudes are not pleasing, easy to speak well from customers but try to go further and think if you really know the company and the treatment that is reserved for employees (I mention my name in this case ). Then not even a confrontation in person, so who cares not is full of other people's CVs, so easy to solve problems. What a disappointment!
