★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza più che negativa,chiedo una consulenza gratuita e come risposta ho "non ho tempo" e in tutto ciò doveva stringermi un bullone. Grazie a lui mi sono dovuto fare i km a piedi. Lo sconsiglio. Assistenza al cliente superflua,eppure il cliente ha sempre ragione cit.

Una volta perché era troppo pieno e la seconda volta perché era troppo vicino alle ferie e non tiene le bici in negozio. Le bici che tiene sono solo bici di qualità per cui se gli porti una bici vecchia, la guarda e ti dice subito che non può perché "è pieno", "ha troppe bici". Quando finalmente mi ha preso la bici, ha messo 3 settimane per cambiare due gomme, sebbene per compenso, aveva aggiustato anche i freni gratis, Per un negozio riparazione bici, ha poca voglia. Andate altrove.
