Avevo bisogno di un paio di scarpe da corsa.
Ebbene su indicazioni della sig.ra Sara ex podista sono andato da Nicola in reparto.....mi ha controllato con il computer piedi e gambe mi ha mostrato e fatto provare vari modelli spiegandomi caratteristiche e indicandomi i più adatti per me, pronazione sul dx facendomi prendere scetticamente un numero in più.
RISULTATO Ora corro ! GRAZIE A TUTTI!

Ho atteso pazientemente che il commesso (il quale ha visto il mio interesse per l'abbigliamento al punto da salutarmi) finito il cliente senza proferire parola si è infilato in un sgabuzzino privato. Ho atteso pazientemente per più di 10 minuti poi ho deciso di andare in un altro negozio. Nessun commento. Tutto si commenta da se. Ringrazio per la risposta il proprietario e spero che il personale riceva adeguata formazione. In ogni caso conoscendo il marchio sportler non mi sono arreso e ho fatto i miei acquisti nel negozio di Trento. Soddisfatto??? Soddisfattissimo!!!! trovato una commessa in gamba ben preparata conosceva i prodotti e mi ha saputo consigliare trovandomi la giusta combinazione tecnica e prezzo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non faccio quasi mai recensioni ma quando una cosa è meritevole di giudizio non posso fare a meno di condividerlo con altri. È da qualche mese che ho il piacere di servirmi da questo negozio e devo dire che ho sempre trovato preparazione e cortesia da parte dello staff e quando io e mia moglie veniamo alla Sportler abbiamo sempre trovato persone gentili e soprattutto competenza. Nella fattispecie, io che ho la passione della Mountain bike, non posso che fare i complimenti al commesso del reparto bici ( non mi ricordo il nome ma è rasato e porta gli occhiali) perché è già 5/6 volte che acquisto vestiario e materiale tecnico e quando vedo che c'è lui capisco già che posso spiegare le mie esigenze e troverò una persona molto capace e preparata che mi indicherà ciò di cui ho bisogno dandomi tutte le caratteristiche tecniche, spiegazioni e consigliandomi un prodotto piuttosto che un altro. Ho frequentato altri negozi e alcune volte ho trovato persone sgarbate,incompetenti, scocciate e al limite dell'arroganza che sembrano perfino infastidite se gli viene chiesto qualche dettaglio. Naturalmente non mi hanno più visto. Quindi continuate così.
I hardly ever do reviews but when something is worthy of judgment I can't help but share it with others. For some months now I have had the pleasure of serving myself from this shop and I must say that I have always found preparation and courtesy from the staff and when my wife and I come to Sportler we have always found kind people and above all competence. In this case, I who have a passion for mountain biking, I can only congratulate the clerk of the bike department (I don't remember his name but he is shaved and wears glasses) because it is already 5/6 times that I buy clothing and technical material and when I see that he is there I already understand that I can explain my needs and I will find a very capable and prepared person who will show me what I need by giving me all the technical characteristics, explanations and recommending a product rather than another. I went to other shops and a few times I found people who are rude, incompetent, annoyed and bordering on arrogance who even seem annoyed if asked for any details. Of course they never saw me again. So keep it up.

Oltre a quanto detto mi è stato concesso uno sconto sul listino (non richiesto) ed inoltre sono stato omaggiato del porta borraccia e relativa borraccia. Non si può chiedere di più. Cinque stelle meritate tutte.
