★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered all-you-can eat sushi and did eat all I could eat, including sushi covered in crushed potato chips and another covered in rice crispies.
There’s a nice sushi conveyor belt as well as rolls delivered to the table. The menu has non-sushi items, including French Fries and chicken nuggets, for picky eaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality price ratio is ok. The 25 euros menu for 5 plates it can be tricky because you have plates that cost 3 or 4 euros. Otherwise the quality of the food is ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value!! Not the fanciest sushi in the world. And fish selection is limited to tuna, salmon, shrimp, and shiromi (some sort of white fish). But presentation is decent and all you can eat for about 12€ per person (lunch). Best deal in town!!

I’m upgrading my review from 4 to 5 stars.
After trying out various sushi restaurants in Vicenza, this place is still my favorite. Limited diversity of fish is pretty much the same no matter where you go so it seems unfair to take points off for that. Sushi One excels in making great rice. Given use of fresh ingredients, rice is what makes/breaks sushi. It cannot be too wet or too dry and the subtle sweetness has to be balanced with salt and vinegar. This is much easier said than done, and Sushi One consistently delivers impeccable flavor and texture in their rice.
