★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio sia per la vendita che per l'assistenza! Purtroppo ho avuto una brutta esperienza per colpa dei titolari non competenti! Taglia errata più grande della mia altezza, insisto per cambiare il telaio e mi ritorna con movimento centrale rotto e pastiglia nuova del freno anteriore da buttare perché piena di olio! Oltre il danno la beffa e meno male mi sono accorto! Si son tenuti il tubo reggisella in carbonio e me ne hanno montato uno in alluminio! Ho contattato direttamente l'azienda e ho fatto presente l'accaduto, speriamo qualcuno oltre a me prenda provvedimenti contro questi negozianti veramente poco seri per non dire di peggio! NO COMMENT!
I strongly advise against this shop for both sale and service! Unfortunately I had a bad experience because of the not competent owners! Wrong size larger than my height, I insist on changing the frame and it comes back with broken bottom bracket and new front brake pad to throw away because it is full of oil! Beyond the insult and thank goodness I noticed! They kept the carbon seat post and mounted an aluminum one for me! I contacted the company directly and I pointed out what happened, let's hope someone besides me will take action against these really not serious shopkeepers to say the least! NO COMMENT!

Spedizione perfetta e velocissima.
La bici è stupenda e precisamente assemblata. I titolari sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno seguito in tutto e per tutto.
Molto professionali e competenti.
Sono proprio a 5 stelle.
Fossi stato vicino al loro negozio avrei tranquillamente continuato a servirmi da loro anche sulla manutenzione.
Gentilezza e serietà al top.

Perfect and fast shipping.
The bike is gorgeous and precisely assembled. The owners were very kind and followed me through and through.
Very professional and knowledgeable.

Had I been close to their shop I would have quietly continued to serve them even on maintenance.

A bit expensive both on the products on sale and on the workshop service. I spent 40 euros to top up the tubeless and fix the manual shock absorber control

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feedback estremamente positivo per Vibike Outdoor! Ho acquistato a distanza una Orbea 2022, e mi hanno spedito la bici perfettamente imballata con spedizione assicurata DHL.
Insomma, portarsi a casa un mezzo della prossima stagione in soli tre giorni (bicicletta fermata martedì sera telefonicamente e pacco ricevuto venerdì mattina) specialmente in questo periodo, non ha prezzo. Il tutto corredato dalla professionalità e dalla correttezza del titolare Matteo. Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto a conoscenza di questo negozio per puro caso navigando su internet e nonostante i tanti km di distanza ho deciso di acquistare da loro la mia orbea oiz M30 che stavo cercando da un po di tempo,ma visto il periodo sono introvabili.
Il titolare Matteo sin da subito mi ha espresso fiducia e decido di bloccare la bici con un acconto.
Visto che la bici non era subito disponibile dopo appena 15 giorni mi è stata spedita a casa con corriere Dhl con posta assicurata, in solo 2 giorni lavorativi.
Quando ho aperto lo scatolo sono rimasto davvero contento del modo in cui è stata imballata la bici in ogni suo componente veramente al Top,gradito anche il regalo all'interno dello scatolo.
Prima che la bici venisse imballata il titolare Matteo mi girava le foto tramite WhatsApp in modo che io fossi a conoscenza di tutto,che dire super soddisfatto peccato solo che stiamo a 1000 km di distanza.
I came to know this shop by pure chance while surfing the internet and despite the many kilometers away I decided to buy from them my orbea oiz M30 that I had been looking for for some time, but given the period they are nowhere to be found.
The owner Matteo immediately expressed confidence in me and I decide to block the bike with a deposit.
Since the bike was not immediately available after just 15 days, it was sent home by DHL courier with insured mail, in just 2 working days.
When I opened the box I was really happy with the way in which the bike was packed in each of its truly top-notch components, also appreciated the gift inside the box.
Before the bike was packed, the owner Matteo shot me photos via WhatsApp so that I was aware of everything, what to say super satisfied, it's just a pity that we are 1000 km away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had my bike fixed, I had some problems with the braking system. I let the bike on Tuesday and they told me that they will fix the bike in 1 week, well after 2 days they had fixed it. They explained me what happened with the bike, how to set up the brake and everything. The price was well below of what I was expecting. The workers are amazing people, super chill and they explain you everything you have to know and they try every time their best. I came from another bike shop were I got robbed. I payed 110 euros to have the braking system fixed and they fixed s****. I got home and went for a ride and I notice the same problem. Well after I went to the VI BIKE OUTDOOR everything changed. They actually fixed my bike. Next time you want to fix your bike just don't think two times and go the them. Your experience will be well above the expectations. 11/10 overall experience.
