★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è un ciclista che ripara tutte le biciclette, ci sono appena stata dopo aver percorso un bel pezzo a piedi e mi è stato detto che non poteva ritirarla e ripararla, che non aveva i ricambi e che non poteva tenerla in attesa della consegna della camera d'aria. Beh, allora bisogna togliere la dicitura Riparazione, perché non è assolutamente vero.

Circa 3 settimane fa ricevo da Amazon una bicicletta per il mio bimbo di 3 anni e decido il giorno del suo compleanno di montarla e fargliela trovare pronta appena arrivato a casa ma ho avuto qualche problemino a montare i pedali e i freni. Perciò mi sono recato da Cicli Ghirardi perchè vicino a casa mia e sono stato accolto con molta diffidenza dal titolare.
Alla mia richiesta di aiuto, dopo avergli specificato che era per un bimbo di 3 anni ed era il suo giorno del compleanno, lui risponde "non l'hai comprata da me quindi non te la faccio, se l'avessi comprata qui te la facevo subito". Da qui in poi io non commento questa frase perchè credo si commenta da sola. Aggiungo che non sembrava avesse molto lavoro in quel momento (visto anche il momento!) quindi è ingiustificabile il suo gesto senza cuore e così meschino di fronte ad una richiesta di aiuto.
Mi dispiace ma questo è un comportamento che fa perdere clienti non guadagnarli. saluti

About 3 weeks ago I received a bicycle from Amazon for my 3-year-old child and on his birthday I decided to mount it and have it ready as soon as he got home but I had some problems mounting the pedals and brakes. So I went to Cicli Ghirardi because it was close to my home and I was greeted with great suspicion by the owner.
To my request for help, after having specified that it was for a 3-year-old boy and it was his birthday, he replies "you didn't buy it from me so I won't get it, if I bought it here I would have it for you immediately". From here on I do not comment on this sentence because I think it speaks for itself. I add that he didn't seem to have much work at that moment (also considering the moment!) So his heartless and so mean gesture in front of a request for help is inexcusable.
I'm sorry but this is behavior that makes losing customers not gaining them. Greetings
