★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver sentito telefonicamente un addetto, mi sono recato in negozio per prenotare l'acquisto di una e-bike, ma ahimè non me lo hanno permesso, e hanno contradetto tutto ciò che mi aveva assicurato il loro collega.
Oltre alla delusione e rabbia ho speso tempo e ben 60 km in auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' stato l'unico fornitore da cui ho potuto comprare cerchio e camera d'aria da dodici pollici (bici da bambino). Tutti gli altri che ho chiamato non li avevano. Il prezzo è normale e contenuto.
Aggiungo che avevo il copertone e sono stati davvero gentili e competenti: mi hanno montato la camera d'aria e il copertone e mi hanno consegnato la ruota pronta da usare.
It was the only supplier from which I was able to buy twelve inch rim and inner tube (kid's bike). Everyone else I called didn't have them. The price is normal and low.
I would add that I had the tire and they were really kind and competent: they mounted the inner tube and the tire and handed me the wheel ready to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inizialmente l'idea era di propormi con un budget sostanzioso e farmi consigliare il miglior prodotto, poi ho optato per un approccio più discreto giusto per vedere cosa un "professionista" del settore aveva da dire. Da una semplice domanda banale fatta a uno degli addetti , mi sono ritrovato in una discussione a senso unico, quasi scocciata,e piena di arroganza su quanto "quello che vendo e che dico è oro e il resto è spazzatura", che non è sfociata in un vaffanc solo perché sono educato. Morale : non mi vedrete più. peccato perché il negozio in sé è buono, prezzi alti ma per il momento storico ci può ancora stare. è proprio il trattamento pressapochista scazzato che ha piazzato un muro.

Moral: you won't see me anymore. shame because the shop itself is good, high prices but for the historical moment it can still be there. it is precisely the pissed-off careless treatment that has placed a wall.

Per un posto così rifornito e grande ci si aspetta un numero di addetti proporzionale, invece (pur essendo sabato) c’era solo un assistente e una decina di clienti “in attesa”; dopo 1 ora a rincorrerlo siamo usciti senza nemmeno parlare con nessuno. Pessimo servizio.
I rate 1 star only because it is not possible to vote with 0. For such a large and well-stocked place, a proportional number of employees is expected, however (despite being Saturday) there was only one assistant and a dozen "waiting" customers; after 1 hour chasing him we went out without even talking to anyone. Bad service.

Ho acquistato una bicicletta per mio figlio che sfortunatamente ha avuto diverse problematiche, oggi mio marito Stefano si è recato in negozio per la risoluzione del problema e si è rapportato con il responsabile sig. Eugenio che si è dimostrato un professionista gentile e corretto e il suo staff d'eccellenza. Il servizio post-vendita offerto da bicimania e un valore aggiunto che consiglio vivamente a tutti.
