Purtroppo con l'ultima visita i vecchi clienti hanno perso importanza rispetto ai nuovi che sfruttavano il bonus. Mi sono recato in negozio per una manutenzione e invece di rifiutare per mancanza di tempo, (per via della vendita delle biciclette) ha accettato il lavoro. Andando però a sforare più volte la tempistica preventivata, sono stati sostituiti dei pezzi non richiesti e senza consultami preventivamente. Inoltre, forse per via delle tempistiche strette, il lavoro non è stato svolto con la precisazione di un tempo.
