Ho acquistato da loro una macchina nel 2019 e mi è stata consegnata con enorme ritardo (8 mesi a differenza dei 3-4 promessi) e svariati difetti di funzionamento (centralina non funzionante assenza di regoazioni...). Ho telefonato infinite volte sentendomi sempre ripetere che "la prossima settimana veniamo e sistemiamo tutto". Purtroppo avevo già pagato quindi potevo solo agire per vie legali. Ho preferito far sistemare i problemi da un'altra azienda con ulteriore esborso di denaro. In tanti anni di attività non ho mai avuto contatti con un'azienda così poco professionale c'è da chiedersi come possano essere ancora sul mercato... Il mio consiglio è solo uno... girate al largo!
Totally negative experience, bordering on the surreal. I bought a car from them in 2019 and it was delivered to me with enormous delay (8 months unlike the 3-4 promised) and several operating defects (control unit not working, no adjustments ...). I have called countless times and always hear me repeat that "next week we will come and fix everything". Unfortunately I had already paid so I could only take legal action. I preferred to have the problems fixed by another company with an additional outlay of money. In many years of activity I have never had contact with such an unprofessional company, one wonders how they can still be on the market ... My advice is only one ... turn off!
