Sì perché in questo negozio proprio stamattina ho ordinato una lavatrice restando soddisfatto soprattutto per come sono stato seguito ed indirizzato. Come premessa telefonando da vari giorni a tutti o quasi i centri che vendono elettrodomestici nei dintorni, ne è scaturita un po' di delusione: vuoi per le opzioni che un po' tutte le segreterie automatiche ti propinano e che a volte ti conducono in un binario morto, vuoi a volte i tempi di attesa lunghi, vuoi che a volte qualcuno quando risponde non è al massimo delle proprie competenze, fatto sta che a chiedere informazioni a destra e a manca non è stata una passeggiata; non parliamo delle promozioni on-line che gli stessi centri propongono cui per avere un po' di sconto devi registrarti, dare la mail, ecc... che a ben pensare il tempo che perdo a districarmi in sottoscrizioni, conferme, caselle da riempire, nuove password da ricordare, farei prima ad andare in tale negozio e prendere il prodotto che mi interessa già scontato, senza troppe trafile. Comunque tornando a noi e al rivenditore di riferimento, ho avuto la fortuna telefonando di contattare direttamente il titolare, dimostrandosi gentile (si è preoccupato di richiamarmi), affidabile e professionale. Non mi ha fatto sentire un numero, mi ha proposto un ottimo prezzo ed è stato esaudiente di informazioni, mi vien da dire che l'essenziale è visibile e non invisibile agli occhi.
