★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice very clean very equipped with a huge variety of products. Staff members not so available you have to look for them and even if you look for them they always busy doing something even if the shop is empty. They have good prices I was surprised to see a big difference in price between mediaworld and other electronic stores. I definitely recommend it for people that know what they want and don't need the help of the staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone was stolen while l was visiting Venice so l was browsing the phones. l was browsing the Apple area and the Apple salesperson, who did not speak English, simply told me to leave, saying that l was installing apps on the IPad. This is not possible at on Apple demo of course, but staff seemed oblivious.
l went to the cell phone area of the store, the salesperson left her station and came over to harass me, again accusing me of installing apps. Another staff joined in without confirming what the first staff said. l asked them what the problem was, and a customer who spoke some English translated that they were saying l cannot touch the devices. Everyone else could touch them ofc. A supervisor or manager stepped in but was again not confirming what the staff accused me of before telling me to not install apps. Again, anyone who has ever browsed Apple devices in branded sales areas know that this is not possible. No one spoke English here even though this is a store in an international city owned by an international chain.
Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily antagonistic. l saw a better selection and had a much better experience 2 blocks at the UNIEURO in Porte di Mestre.
