β β β β β Ho ordinato il 08.07 delle penne cancellabili, siamo al 27.07 e ancora non Γ¨ arrivato nulla. Poi ci si lamenta del monopolio di Amazon. Se in due giorni con loro ho l'ordine mentre con altri ci mette un mese per forza si ordina da lΓ¬.
Pessimo.
 I ordered the erasable pens on 08.07, it is 27.07 and nothing has arrived yet. Then we complain about the Amazon monopoly. If in two days with them I have the order while with others it takes a month to force you order from there.
Terrible.

β β β β β Dopo aver valutato negativamente questo negozio devo ammettere che non ci sono proprio motivi per farlo. Ordine arrivato in tempistiche ottime, prodotto spedito e protetto corretta, personale gentilissimo e al servizio del cliente.
After having negatively rated this shop I have to admit that there is really no reason to do so. Order arrived in excellent timing, product shipped and protected correct, very kind staff and customer service.

β β β β β Pur vedendo delle recensioni inerenti ai ritardi, ho deciso comunque di fidarmi. Ho effettuato il mio ordine il 18/11 e il pacco doveva essere evaso il primo dicembre. Ad oggi, 2 dicembre, mi hanno detto che stanno riscontrando dei ritardi e che forse il pacco sarΓ spedito il 9.
In compenso, Marco dell'assistenza Γ¨ molto gentile e disponibile alla risoluzione del problema.
Despite seeing reviews regarding delays, I still decided to trust them. I placed my order on 11/18 and the package was due to be processed on December 1st. As of today, December 2nd, they told me that they are experiencing delays and that maybe the package will be shipped on the 9th.
On the other hand, Marco of the assistance is very kind and available to solve the problem.

β β β β β Prodotto valido e consegna molto rapida diversamente da come ho letto dalle recensioni di altri clienti. Unica pecca il prodotto Γ¨ arrivato ammaccato nonostante l'imballaggio con scritto fragile colpa del corriere e della scarsa premura del produttore nel mettere protezioni all'interno della scatole per evitare danni e ammaccature durate il trasporto poco delicato dei corrieri.
Valid product and very fast delivery unlike what I read from other customer reviews. The only flaw, the product arrived dented despite the packaging with the writing fragile fault of the courier and the lack of care of the manufacturer in putting protections inside the boxes to avoid damage and dents during the not very delicate transport of couriers.

β β β β β Sono davvero soddisfatto ;ho acquistato un LG oled 55 C1 2021,questo prodotto di listino costa circa 1800 euro,si trova in vendita nei vari store online e fisici ad un prezzo medio di 1300 euro. da Ciampistore l'ho pagato ad un prezzo eccezionale 920 euro compreso di spedizione,devo dire che inizialmente ero un po preoccupato in quanto mai acquistato online un prodotto cosΓ¬ delicato e costoso, in oltre visto il prezzo cosΓ¬ basso si tende ad essere un po sospettosi..., il corriere incaricato gls non gode di buona fama nelle varie recension anzi pessimei,ma anche quest'ultimo almeno per quel che mi riguarda Δ stato all'altezza della situazione,la tv Γ¨ arrivata puntuale ed intatta ,al centralino la ragazza Γ¨ stata gentile quando ho chiesto conferma che fosse in consegna come risultava nel tracking, il corriere mi ha telefonato che era ancora in guida verso casa ,difatti quando sono sceso l'ho visto spuntare infondo alla strada .
Tornando a Ciampistore,sono stati davvero gentili ed efficienti, ringrazio particolarmente Marco che tramite Whatsapp e telefonate varie,mi ha seguito e consigliato passo dopo passo,dalla prevendita al pagamento ed in fine alla consegna del prodotto.

I am really satisfied; I bought a LG oled 55 C1 2021, this list product costs about 1800 euros, can be found on sale in various online and physical stores at an average price of 1300 euros. at Ciampistore I paid for it at an exceptional price 920 euros including shipping, I must say that initially I was a bit worried as I never bought such a delicate and expensive product online, in addition, given the low price we tend to be a bit suspicious ..., the courier in charge of gls does not enjoy a good reputation in the various reviews, indeed very bad ones, but even the latter at least as far as I'm concerned was up to the situation, the TV arrived on time and intact, the girl at the switchboard she was kind when I asked for confirmation that it was in delivery as it was in the tracking, the courier phoned me that he was still driving home, in fact when I got off I saw him pop up at the end of the road.
Returning to Ciampistore, they were really kind and efficient, I particularly thank Marco who, through Whatsapp and various phone calls, followed me and advised me step by step, from presale to payment and finally to the delivery of the product.
