Ho chiamato un martedì per sapere se sabato potevo portare il mio cell con il vetro rotto, mi è stato detto che avrebbe ordinato il pezzo in modo che già domenica o lunedì avrei potuto ritirare il Cell aggiustato. Il sabato ho portato il Cell e non avevano ordinato il pezzo. Quindi gli ho detto che ormai sarei potuta andarlo a ritirare il sabato successivo. Perfetto, hanno detto che era già pronto in settimana ma comunque se qualcosa non andava mi avrebbero chiamato per non fare un giro a vuoto, visto che non sono di jesi. Non avendo ricevuto chiamate, il sabato sono andata a ritirarlo, non era pronto, il pezzo non era ancora arrivato. Senza fare storie sono andata a ritirarlo la settimana successiva ancora. Appena preso sembrava ok ma dopo qualche giorno non prendeva il touch ai lati, non pretendo che il telefono torni come nuovo quindi non ho replicato ma dopo altri due giorni il vetro si inizia a staccare. Ovviamente anche se ho speso 95 euro, non lo riporterò in negozio per farglielo tenere altre 2 settimane e non far cambiare nulla, non mi sono sembrati proprio professionali. I called on a Tuesday to find out if Saturday I could take my cell with the broken glass, I was told it would order the piece so that by Sunday or Monday I could pick up the adjusted Cell. On Saturday I brought the Cell and they didn't order the piece. So I told him that by now I could go and pick him up the following Saturday. Perfect, they said it was ready to week but if something would not go calling me not to take a ride in circles, because they are not of Jesi. Having received calls, on Saturday I went to pick it up, he was not ready, the piece had not yet arrived. Without making a fuss, I went to pick it up again the following week. As soon as it was taken it seemed ok but after a few days it didn't take the touch on the sides, I don't pretend that the phone comes back like new so I didn't reply but after another two days the glass starts to peel off. Obviously even if I spent 95 euros, I will not bring it back to the store to make it hold another 2 weeks and not to change anything, they did not seem really professional.

Dato che ho girato molto posso dire che sono sicuramente I MIGLIORI A JESI... Consigliatissimi!!!! Young and competent guys, educated and ready to solve any telephony and computer problem. Since I have traveled a lot I can say that they are definitely THE BEST IN JESI ... Highly recommended !!!!
