F	Francesco Cantile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti ho portato un hard disk esterno per recupero dati quando sono uscito non mi hanno lasciato un foglio e non mi hanno fatto nessuna scheda cliente e di conseguenza hanno buttato o perso il mio hard disk .... servizio pessimo ... in più per non parlare del ragazzo che ha alzato anche toni e trattato in maniera schifosa .... complimenti .... Congratulations I brought an external hard drive for data recovery when I left they did not leave me a sheet and did not give me any customer card and consequently they threw or lost my hard disk .... bad service ... more for do not talk about the guy who also raised tones and treated in a lousy way .... congratulations ....

Mi sono trovato davvero bene. Il personale è cortese, disponibile e competente. Ha cercato dai fornitori il dispositivo nel colore che lo desideravo. La consegna è stata velocissima. Consiglio. Piccola parentesi (ma impossibile da trascurare) il prezzo del dispositivo è stato inferiore della concorrenza del 15%. Nello store ci sono tutti dispositivi di ottima qualità. Unica pecca in entrambi i posti è trovare parcheggio. Beautiful experience. I recently bought a phone in this store that I had ordered in the other Porto Recanati store. I really enjoyed it. The staff are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He searched suppliers for the device in the color I wanted. Delivery was very fast. Advice. Small parenthesis (but impossible to overlook) the price of the device was lower than the competition by 15%. In the store there are all devices of excellent quality. The only flaw in both places is finding parking.

Non è quel modello ma uno superiore: 10 euro in più, va bene lo prendo. Nessuna spiegazione sul funzionamento, ok ci sta, non l'ho chiesta. Dopo due mesi non funziona più . Vado con scontrino e scatola. Niente:per cambiarlo devo andare ad Ancona e perdere mezza giornata. Mai più! Bad experience. I order a pedometer, price 29 euros. It has to arrive on Tuesday, it arrives on Friday after 12, ok three empty trips. It is not that model but a superior one: 10 euros more, okay I'll take it. No explanation on how it works, ok there is, I didn't ask for it. After two months it doesn't work anymore. I go with receipt and box. Nothing: to change it I have to go to Ancona and lose half a day. Never again!
M	Matteo Cruccu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa , ho acquistato un Xs ricondizionato ad ottobre 2020, dopo 5 mesi il led in alto a sinistra si è guastato ed è qui che ho capito ( visto la poca chiarezza al momento dell’acquisto ) che la garanzia copre solo il device per 6 mesi e che mi era stato venduto un telefono con schermo non originale ….. sconsiglio vivamente !!! Negative experience, I bought a refurbished Xs in October 2020, after 5 months the led at the top left has failed and it is here that I understood (given the lack of clarity at the time of purchase) that the warranty only covers the device for 6 months and that I had been sold a phone with a non-original screen… .. I strongly advise against it !!!
